Like a bad ex girlfriend

I contacted them regarding a pre owned vehicle and once we received the pictures of it it wasn't what we wanted so we kept on looking. They called and texted over and over and over for the next week. It was like a bad ex girlfriend.

Everything was excellent ,they gave me a ride home,driver was very nice,they called when my car was ready over all a very good experience.

Went 2 Look, Traded 1in and Drove away in another!

Went to Look at a Style of car we were interested in and we're about to leave when a different salesman came to talk and we considered trading in our other vehicle so we wouldn't have 2 payments . We ended up doing a trade in and bought the vehicle we came to look at ! Although it had a bad sensor that was overlooked on inspection , The dealer made Immediate replacement with a New part and all is well now ! The Salesman was Super Friendly and more than Eager to Answer any and All questions we had and even filled us in on information we didn't think you ask ! Every person there that we dealt with was Super Friendly and All with positive attitudes !!!!! Great place to go if your Serious about a New or Used car !

The service department was extremely helpful and friendly. David called me and set up appointment when the window arrived. I was offered a shuttle, but had someone from work pick me up. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

CPO not CPO

Be careful when buying a CPO vehicle. I was sold a vehicle that did not meet the GM CPO guidelines and to this day they still have not given me a or let me a look at a copy of their most up to date guide on the certification process. I just wanted to make sure i was not out of line asking for resolutions to problems because i had an out of date copy of the CPO guide. I just gave up on resolving the issues after months of leaving my car and picking it up to have to take it back again and not getting loaner vehicles as promised. I even advised them that a simple buff would not remove these defects in the paint but they did it any ways multiple times but still somehow expected it to work even though the other times didn't. I will give them they did repair the wheels which all 4 were curbed and they replaced the missing trim/molding but either one by itself should have disqualified the vehicle for CPO until repaired so how it got certified i don't know. Jeremy was probably the only person helpful in the entire dealership but management kept throwing him under the bus everytime i complained for some odd reason but i am not stupid Jeremy is a lower level employee he does not have the power to make the decisions for the things i was asking. So hats off to you Jeremy i hope you still work their but also hope you dont and found someplace better because they dont deserve an employee as good as you.

Horrible service

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went and told them exactly what we wanted, yet, we didn?t get to see what we were interested in. They ?showed us our options? but nothing we had originally asked for. They insisted on a down payment which we had specifically said we did not agree to since both my spouse and I have excellent credit. Very disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone
