Poor service and knowledge

I was mislead to this dealer promised a sale and that they would give $9 k in rebates on top of a sale . When the sales person was asked he said yes . The team lead then looked at us saying he can not do that . We waited for four hours and offered tiny bottles of water. We asked for another truck and they said they had and would look for it . A hour later they said they were mistaken . We signed contracts and purchased a truck 10 days later we were called asking us to go back and sign a new contract , there was a change in banks . I asked what the new contract looked like and they said they don't know but would like to invite us 30min away to find out in person . 3 days later we were called saying we did not need to go in and the contract was with another bank but we needed not to go in. The next day we were called again asking us to sign another contract . This dealer has not communication within. They said they would come to our home or meet us at a gas station to sign a new contract .. scary feeling and not professional . We agreed to meet at our home and when the sales person showed he knew nothing of the contract and could not explain. We asked questions and he said he would need to call . When he called the guy said he was new and didn't know . Paper work was missing and information was incorrect . These are document and you would hope all paper work is perfect but not at this dealer . He said he would show with the right paper work in three days . The next day we were called again. During this time our credit was ran 10 times and we only knew of one time and that was at the original signing . This was a horrible experience and when asked to speak to a manager they were to busy and that they would call us . Still no call or follow up . I believe this info was held from others for there benefit . Bad service unprofessional.

Horrible customer service and follow up

This chevy dealer has horrible service and has no communication between each other . Sales representatives have no athority or knowledge on how process goes , the team lead are no better , they are rude and try not to listen and work for you . The finance could not get the paper work correct and ran our credit 14 times for almost ten days and after the day we signed our contract with out our permission . The dealer then sent the sales person to our home to sign a new contract and knew nothing about the contract , he did not have the correct paper work . He said he would be back three days later , but the next day the dealer called and wanted us to go in . When the third day came manny said he would be here at 6pm , 6:36pm came and he showed . He then said he would like to go over the contract but knew nothing when asked and said we could read to be sure . When trying to talk to some one about our issues we were told we would get a call back or they were busy . I never got a call back. Even calling corporate they could not help . They are only about problems with the truck and the dealer is independent . . I would not recommend this dealer to anyone .

Great service

It was a great experience. The workers were very friendly and efficient. My car was ready faster than they had estimated!

Always treated like a VIP by Delano..

Treated very special .. they did above and beyond what I came in for .. they offered to wash my car for free and they cleaned it better than when I go through the car wash

great service. clean facilities

straight forward takes care of you right away and treats you with respect. Gets all of you're information right away asks the right questions gets you in to a car you want.

WAS TREATED VERY WELL FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MEET MY NEEDS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

A genuine dealership The customer does comes first

The entire staff from day one was very helpful from Armando in sales, Julio the sale manger and Norma in finance, I felt welcomed never pressured.

Didnt wait around for hours.

Was showed different styles of trucks within my budget and to my liking. Stress free answered all my questions and I had many lol.
