The whole shopping experience was great from start to finish on Thursday as I was met at the door with my son as we were looking for a replacement vehicle . I had been to two other dealers prior to arriving both in Different towns west of Dralle. I’m happy to say our expectations were met by Dralle and I obtained a fair deal from them on a 2016 Malibu for my Son Benjamin who was very happy with the buying process and has been posting his experience all over his social media account Snapshot. Had a timing chain done. Engine began to whine when I came to pick it up. Was told it was air in power steering and I should drive it for a couple of weeks. That didn’t work. They looked at it again and said it was the steering gearbox. That wasn’t it either. They didn’t tighten up the power steering pump fittings and ruined it. Dan Dralle said he did not actually do the work and that he was glad I finally got it fixed. Problem with this is Dralle caused the problem an additional $900. Bad experience.
