RUN FAR AWAY
Car was in the shop over 2 weeks. The service manager Dan was awful he essentially called me a liar to my face and was very disrespectful. They have no care in the world for customers and summoned me 3 times to the dealership and only the 3rd time was my car actually finished. Also during the repair the dealership actually broke my cruise control and claimed " we don't know what happened or how to fox it" my car is a 2013 Chevy Cruze and this is a chevy dealership.... please whatever you do don't waste your time here, take your money and buisness anywhere else.

Whatever you do please avoid this dealership their service department and the management team their is extremely disrespectful. They have no care in the world for your time or customer service. Dan the service manager was extremely rude, disrespectful and called me a liar in front of other customers. They had my vehicles for 13 days for a simple fix and called me to the dealership twice before the car was ready. They also broke my cruise control in the process and had the audacity to make it seem like they gave me a good deal. In the market for a car now and I will never go back.

Scam artists
Very disrespectful! Bought a 2018 truck with tires from 2011. When I explained my disappointment they laughed at me and said oh well. Want nothing to do with you after you made the purchase.

Best Dealership any where
We had an awesome experience at Dralle! They were very kind and patient! Omar was such a great salesman he was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure the truck we wanted to test drive was there on the lot before we may the 1 1/2 drive! He is highly recommended to assist you in your new car/truck buying! Also we would like to thank The owner Kevin going out of his way to help us take the truck home! This dealership and all it’s staff is highly recommended!
