I have had very good experiences with Soerens Ford and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

The service advisors are good and keep you up to date. But the techs constantly screw up. Fuel filter housing was cracked after they changed the fuel filters and they blamed it on a part failure. Electrical issues were blamed on my accessories. They had the truck for almost a month and wouldn’t provide a loaner car. Eventually they found the issue and it was clearly not my accessories. Streerjng wheel got all scuffed up On one occasion causing it to need to be replaced.

I’ve been taking my Mustang to Soren’s for years. They always do an excellent job.

I always have my car serviced at Sorens Ford. I get excellent service. During this visit, I was informed that my cabin filter needed to be changed at 20k miles, there is no record of this being done. I was surprised to learn that this fell through the cracks and I was not informed.

Had issues with communication. Mostly with the automated phone messages. This delayed messages about service needs being forwarded to the correct person, and messages to us -regarding valet pick up and service appointment- not being received.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from the time we first looked at the truck until we purchased it. The sales team took care of a mechanical issue immediately when I brought in the truck a few days after the purchase. Throughout the process our sales person followed up with us several times to make sure everything was good with the truck.

Mark was amazing from the time I met him and he showed us the truck we eventually purchased until the time we picked up the truck from service after they took care of a minor mechanical issue. Mark checked on us several times to make sure everything was good with our truck. Mark along with the Sales and Service Teams were excellent throughout this whole process. This was our first time working with Soerens and we will definitely look to them again for future auto purchases.

I have always had a great experience when I needed service. I will continue to come back for my services needs.
