Flemington BMW

I would give 6 stars if it were an option. This is my 3rd car from this dealership and the second time I've worked with Anatoliy Yanovskiy -- primarily because he was so wonderful to work with the first time. Toliy is thorough, thoughtful, expeditious and puts his clients' needs first - all of which are greatly appreciated by this gal who dreads shopping for cars as much as going to the dentist. Everyone with whom I've interacted here over the past 7 or 8 years has been wonderful and professional. No complaints, just compliments.

I purchased a new 2016 BMW X5 in September 2015 at Flemington BMW for my wife. Recently, her car was totaled in an accident by a van that ran through a red light. Fortunately, no one was injured. I needed to buy a new car quickly. I remember the salesman, Tom Terrill from that purchase in 2015, as the best and nicest car salesman that I had ever encountered. We decided to purchase a certified preowned BMW X7 and I was extremely happy to find out that Tom is still at Flemington BMW. He had spent many hours with me and my wife showing us the X5 in 2015-16 and he is still at the top of his game in 2026. I am 69 years old and purchased many cars in my life and can honestly say that I cannot remember any car salesman in my past except for Tom Terrill. He impresses me so much because of his professionalism, thoroughness, and his mild mannered personality. The financial person, Cathy, was also a pleasure to work with. We loved the X7 and puchased it a week ago and absolutely love it. There is a BMW dealership less than 5 minutes from my office, Flemington BMW is 30 minutes away but I plan on servicing the X7 at Flemington BMW because of their good work and professionalism and their friendly demeanor. They have even offered to come pick up my car when it needs servicing and bring me a loaner vehicle. Nobody does it better than Flemington BMW and no car salesman tops Tom Terrill!

....Wow!!! What can I say! I had the best experience one can have at a dealership! Ralph, Jack, Cindy and Cathy were First Rate!!! I live over an hour away and have 2 BMW dealerships that are much closer. From the time I reached out to Flemington BMW, they were a class act. I am part of the Flemington BMW family and you can feel that! It's REAL!! Thank you all again!

Anatoliy and Noha were great. They were able to get the car ready for delivery fast and the documentation was done in less than an hour.

We recently purchased our fifth vehicle (4 CPO and 1 new) from Flemington BMW. Each purchase was a pleasurable experience. Agata was our salesperson for all. She is exceptional in her knowledge of the BMW lineup. Completely professional and transparent in her handling of our purchases. John was very fair in evaluating our trade-ins. And Flemington does not add any unnecessary "dealership products" to their CPO vehicles to inflate their prices. Noha and Cathy were great in handling our financing and closings. We also service our cars only at Flemington BMW, and Jim/Laura and the reception staff are also a pleasure to work with. Their ability to pick up/drop off your car at home for service is a game changer. Truly a great experience each time we visit Flemington BMW. Thank you.
