I did not buy a vehicle from Image Cars, but I did inquire as an out of state purchase. Scott was very helpful, prompt, and up front (honest) with what blemishes there were on the vehicle so that I could make an informed decision from afar. I almost feel bad that it didn't work out to both our advantages. At a time when I had multiple other dealerships be dishonest just to get me in the door, I am beyond appreciative to Scott.

Fast, Friendly and Transparent. I enjoyed everything. Jaycub and Amar are the best ! They helped me find the perfect car and took care of me after the sale when I needed them.

We found a car we loved on there lot, went in and took it for a test drive and bought it. No hassles no fuss. We were able to do the deal inside of an hour with a trade-in. They only deal with the best used cars so it's well worth your while to check their inventory.

The building itself was a bit unkempt, the associates were nice enough but a few things that were agreed upon such as price and down payment method were changed at the last minute. Their were a few minor issues (nail in tire, broken interior light) that they fixed . Overall I found them to be unprofessional and a bit shady, I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic, otherwise I would not have felt confident purchasing.

Chip, went above and beyond the call of duty kept me up and emailed about the 2007 Lexus RX400H . The owner of the business is very nice and a very honest business man . He basically saved the Hybrid SUV on a Saturday and my money was available on Monday . Not many Dealers would do this . Everyone at the dealership was very nice and very helpful.
