this was painless. Dave M was GREAT. even with how busy it was it was still relatively quick. we never felt neglected. my brothers new vehicle is great and he loves it.

My representative here was Davon and he was really great. Very personable and explained everything so that I understood it. He stayed with me most of the day even though I know he didn't get the kind of commission he would have gotten if he had sold a new car instead of a used one.

My total experience at the dealership was excellent. Beginning with the initial contacts that I had, and continuing with the stale staff and finally with the managers and the employees who instructed as to the features the car, I couldn't have had a better experience. These employees are truly professionals. This is an extremely well-run and maintained dealership.

We felt they did not care we were there. The salesman was disingenuous in that he had a devil may care attitude. We sat there waiting for something to happen but we were not sure why. The finance guy was awesome but we felt the dealership did not care much because we were not buying a high end car. Because of my job, people will ask about my experience. A little old school custom or happy er service would have gone a lot way.

I was scheduled to see Jim Simpson but he was assisting another couple so he immediately found someone else to assist us so we would not have to wait. Gary Bowman was a joy working with. Very polite and professional. Answered all of our questions and stayed with us until we drove away in our new vehicle. My coworker Michelle Murriell ref'd me to Andy Mohr , Mr Jim Simpson said, she has bought all of her vehicles there and speaks well of the company. I big shout out to Mr Jim Simpson and Gary Bowman.

On time with appointments. Good job on filling fluids. Staff is professional. The only negative is they don't sweep out the car like Walmart.

the amount of cars was pretty amazing. all makes and models. from $2000 to $100000. they have a great selection of trucks. it was almost hard to choose.Dave M was a pleasure to work with. no pressure at all.
