I have never had an experience like this when buying a car and I am 60 years old. They were always trying to change the numbers on the sheet. First they upped the price $200 from what was on the internet. When we noticed, they took the $200 off. Then when they brought the typed up paperwork out they added the $200 back on. We had them take it off again. Then they brought another "official" paper out for me to sign and I noticed that the sales tax wasn't figured correctly. They left us sitting there for a very long time which my husband says is another sales tactic so you will want to hurry and sign without checking the numbers. They took us in to the cashier and we noticed that they added $299 (that we did not agree to) on to the total even though it was not listed on our original sheet (both papers had the same total price) and that was making the sales tax figure off. If we had not looked closely at the second sheet and seen the extra $299 we would have seen that the price was the same on both papers and signed. The cashier said nothing and took the $299 off, which tells me she knows this goes on all the time. I left feeling bad about the experience and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

This was my second time coming to Andy Mohr to buy a car and it was once again a great experience. As soon as I walked through the door, Jed recognized me and attended to me right away. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process easy and enjoyable. I couldn?t have asked for a better salesman to help me!

Staff always very attentive to needs and service if vehicle. They let me know when changes need to be made or not, showing me even when not needed and will tell me so.
