I came in to get a recall repaired and the man in the service area told me that he would look at it for 100$ even though I had the recall letter in hand. He then told me that I could pay the 100$ for him to look at it or I could leave. I'm disappointed but not surprised.

Lee was always helpful and nice. The lease processes was easyand quick. Returning the car was a quick process too. If I decide to get a truck ill be back.

Dealership is great, just disappointed in the quality of Chevy. My 2014 Silverado and my wife?s 2014 Equinox, both to many problems before they even have 70,000. Never again.

Troy Fox was our salesman. He was fun to deal with. My only complaint would be the length of time it takes to complete the deal. At 3.5 hours here and not done yet...and only coffee, tea and water to drink. I would kill for a Diet Coke about now.
