The young lady that helped me station is closest to the garage door when you come in for oil change. Her name has escaped me but her Professionalism has not. It appeared she had just returned from a break or lunch and came right in and said she could help me. I had been waiting maybe 2 minutes for someone to help me which I've never had to do. Several (3) reps had said someone would be right with me but no one was until she arrived. I appreciated her professiinalism, friendliness and conciousness of being sure I was taken care of. I think her respect of my time was a big plus for me as well. Thank you!! Tracy Kelley may have been her name I left a voice mail for thexample manager as well on Tuesday after my visit. The young lady where you pay was just as friendly and kind as she always is as well:)

Although there was a crack in the windshield when i showed up after a two hour drive from Louisville, Kentucky, Cale Morin was a very positive salesman in a difficult situation but assured me everything would be fine. The glass shop called me and my windshield was replaced a week later. Cale also made sure my husband and I left happy after never having an out of town car purchase experience...he took care of us. I love my vehicle and glad that I had the no hassle paperwork experience. Thanks Cale...appreciate the wonderful car buying experience because when i seen that crack, i was not purchasing that vehicle. You made the impossible possible.
