I fell and hurt myself on the lot let management know he act like he didn't care but the salesman did. I came back weeks later got the same salesman Who is great at what he's doing and don't pressure you and I still bought a 2014 Chevy equinox with cash and the sales manager Would only come down $50 on the vehicle. I had the equinox for two days let general manager and sales manager know the brakes went out they would not call me back or email me back so finally I got a hold of the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he got something done so I can get the vehicle fixed the service guy that runs the service area was super great and make sure everything got done right even though the manager was fussing about getting it fixed. I think the salesman and the guy that runs the service department for caring about their customers.
