My salesperson, Andrew Howe, demonstrated excellent customer service while helping me purchase my new vehicle. He was very knowledable as he answered all my questions. I felt no pressure to purchase and I am very happy that I did! I love my new Malibu!

Good Experience

Chance was the guy I worked with. He was very good at helping me find the car I wanted/needed, and was very effective in getting me the deal that I wanted as well. I didn't go in planning on buying a car for several more week, but he was able to get me exactly what I wanted.

Impala maintenance service

I bought our 2015 Impala in for maintenance service (5,000 mile Oil and Filter change and the tire rotation plus all the other thing that are checkout) the garage had us in and out in less than an hour. Service manager answer all of my question and very friendly and helpful. I live over a hour drive from the dealership that should say a lot about your service for me to drive that distance for the maintenance service.

Positive New Car Buying Experience

The personnel at Andy Mohr Chevrolet were all friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very positive experience with vehicle purchase. Appreciate the courteous manner with the way the negotiation and finalization steps were handled by the various sales personnel and finance dept. personnel in the processing of my vehicle purchase.

Excellent Service w/ no pressure

Kelly S was Mango-Tango sensational !

Kelly Schultheis was the consummate professional in selling me 2 vehicles in 4 months. She was knowledgeable and followed through on all my questions I had. She was quick to get me an answer and made sure it was accurate. Kelly worked hard to find me an Orange Trax with the options I wanted. The only thing that bugged me was she had to share her sale of my first vehicle with some other salesman that said hi to me and then abandoned me. She was a gem to work with.

2017 Silverado

Signed my name to a deal, shook his hand agreeing to interest rates and payments, then when I went to pick up the truck they changed the rate and everything.

2016 Malibu

I have been thinking of purchasing a new vehicle for awhile as I have a new teen driver in the house. I stopped in one day to Andy Morh in Plainfield & was immediately met by many helpful people. Usually at a car lot this isn't necessarily a good thing as everyone seems to be trying to pressure you for a sale. This staff is different. Everyone engaged in friendly conversation without being pushy. They did offer assistance but was laid back at the same time. Once I started finding a couple cars I was interested in a newly hired salesman was there giving me some excellent advice. Unfortunately I was short on time that day but he took me in before leaving, introduced me to his manager, Geno & explained to him what I was interested in. The salesman I talked to that day was going to be off the next couple of days so Geno gave me his card & told me he would have another salesman work with me. The next day as I walked in I was greeted by name. Again everyone was extremely courteous. I was introduced to Jerome. This man was amazing. The dealership was extremely busy & he was in the process of helping other clients yet he made me feel as if I was the only person shopping. I still don't know how he does what he does. He definitely is very dedicated. Once again I had to leave without finalizing a deal so that my husband could come back with me. Everyone was still very understanding. When I returned with my husband we both were met & greeted by name. This was on a Saturday & the place was again busy with many interested buyers. I believe they sold 37 cars that day to put into perspective the activity. Jerome somehow again worked with multiple clients very efficiently. We were not easy clients as we changed our mind a few times & actually had to leave in the middle of the process to take care of another obligation. Never once did we feel like anyone was frustrated with us. Jerome did some serious negotiations on our behave to get the price where we needed. We were one of the last to leave that night, well after closing, but we both drove home in new vehicles!. Even with the late hour Jerome was standing out in the cold making sure we were connected to On Star, Bluetooth, etc. He even grabbed a bottle of cleaner & a cloth & personally wiped some spots that were missed on my husbands truck during the cleanup. We did purchase the Ziebart protection thru the dealership so the next morning we returned yet again. Same reception from the team although by this time we were familiar with quite a few more. As soon as we walked in Geno was asking for someone to pull up two cars for us to drive while they took our new cars to Zeibart. In fact, he gave his personal demo to my husband. We met so many people I truly forget some of their names, I do remember some of their nicknames but will not share here. Another guy I have to mention that was so helpful & personable was the finance guy. He shared his story of how he come to be part of the team. I think that is what really is key about what we experienced. This group is a team. They are guinuine in how the care about everyone that walks in the door regardless if they make a sale. We look forward to a continued relationship with this group. We caught a glimpse of the service dept as we visited the vending machine. They too were busy & as we sat in the waiting room I did not hear anybody complaining of service. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle to stop in & check out this team! .

Excellent

Jim Simpson was very enjoyable to work with and is very informative on Chevrolet vehicles. Dealership as a whole was excellent to work with and I would do it again in the future.

sold a car I was scheduled to test drive

I called to schedule a test drive on a vehicle listed on cars.com. The lady I talked to knew I was about 45 mins away and had all my contact information. I was about 5 minutes late when she called me to make sure I was still coming in, I confirmed I would be there within a matter of a couple minutes and she said to ask for her when I got in! I did as she said. She came out with another salesman, told me he was going to help me. And when she walked away, he said the vehicle I was wanting to test drive sold the night before! No one had the decency to call me and let me know this. Instead they decide to let me drive all the way there, meet with them and then tell me. Needless to say, they put a sour taste in my mouth, and I don't plan on doing any business with them in the future! And FYI, the vehicle I wanted to test drive is still listed for sale!
