The GM and the Sale consultant (Michael Myers) at Lake Ford are both Awesome! They took really good care of me with an issue I had with my 2023 F-150 Tremor that they didn’t need to help cover the cost of the repair but they helped make it all right! Thanks guys!

Lake Ford Mke gets my 5 stars. Calvin hooked it up and he was awesome, came all the way to the furthest part of the lot on a freezing day to assist me find a used F-150 I saw online. Everything went smooth, test drive was great, they were not too pushy on things and finalizing everything was easy and pretty quick. Thanks Calvin!

Tony was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was patient and not pushy. He really went above and beyond getting me a deal that I thought would be unrealistic at first. He somehow made it happen. Once the sale was finalized, Lamar from financing took over and it was the quickest and most painless process I've ever been through with a finance person at a dealership. 10/10 would recommend any family and friends trying to buy a vehicle. It's just unfortunate that Ford doesn't carry any minivans as we will soon be in the market for a new minivan. Thanks again, Tony!
