Luis was very helpful.

Luis was very helpful. He explained the bill and communicated throughout the service. He’s my preferred service advisor. Lake should bring back the full synthetic works coupon though!!!

Very neutral The Wi-Fi password was only seemingly

Very neutral The Wi-Fi password was only seemingly available at the service for front counter and not anywhere within the waiting area, there was only one TV in the guest lounge and it was playing with news which is real s***** right now. I can't comment on how well the courtesy wash was because the temperatures were too low for them to take care of that
