I bought a vehicle here in early 2025.
I bought a vehicle here in early 2025. I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the remaining balance for the unused warranty (you must go through the dealership to cancel). He emailed me the document and I returned it to him the same day. I have now sent 4 follow up emails (one each week for the past four weeks) and left him an additional voicemail message. He has yet to respond to any of my messages, and each day that goes by that my request is not submitted, my refund amount gets reduced. His customer service is less than stellar. I only rated him one star because it didn’t give me the option of rating him as a zero star…

Had a really great experience here! The buying process was super easy and stress-free, and everyone was great to work with, especially Tony and Christian. I even got a screw in a tire the day after buying my Jeep, and they offered to replace the tires for me. Amazing customer service, definitely recommend!

Exceptional. Every time I come to the dealership, whether It's Lake Chevy or Lake Ford, I'm always taken care of. Luis walked me through every process and kept me updated with everything; they even dropped off my vehicle at my house, which was amazing. I absolutely loved it.
