Lake Ford

I should not have to go back to a dealership to have an issue corrected. Also should not have to wait over 2 hours to have 4 bolts put on a splash shield that should have been secured when the oil change was done. Also didn't understand why original paperwork from oil change indicated the truck was washed when it wasn't.

We are more than upset that we made the mistake of stopping at Lake Ford when we were in need of a car, because our car had been totaled. We thought they were a caring group since they let us wait until we had a decent down payment for the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Turns out we now feel that they only cared about getting rid of a beautiful on the outside and nothing but a problem on the inside vehicle. We have had it in for service 5 times in four months. The Check Engine light seems to be the only thing that is always working. Their Used car salesman is now our image of all the bad things said about them. They have put the worst taste in our mouths for ever buying a used car again. We would never go to them to even purchase a new car. There is NO trust in them. We were also told that our price would be $22,000 and that never happened either.

This dealer had the vehicle I needed delivered and worked with me on the logistics. The salesman Nate in particular was very helpful even when I disclosed that I was making an offer on another vehicle at a different dealer. His professionalism and helpfulness made the purchase worth the extra distance to have it delivered. The only minor issue with with the delivery service which gave incorrect time estimates to the family member picking up the vehicle. That's their own issue and doesn't reflect on the dealer itself.

The service that I received was very professional and it was done in a timely manner

They found the exact vehicle I wanted within the price range I wanted quickly. There was no hassling for a newer model or higher priced package

Lake Ford has warm and welcoming group of people. We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car, and we were assisted all the way until we left the door. All questions were answered thoroughly, and everyone had a smile on their faces. It was truly a pleasure to work with Lake Ford today.

Micah is easy to work with and all the staff at Lake Ford are welcoming! Lake Ford always has the availability I prefer. Micah is always friendly and never pushy about service needs.

You gave me the incorrect diagnosis for my vehicle. You didn't have the parts in stock so I took it to another dealer and what you said was wrong was not.. however you did reimburse me for the diagnostic time which I really appreciate. But the trust is broken now

I have broughten my last two cars from lake Ford and never had any problems or hassles. Great dealership.
