Spanos Motors

This isn’t the place unless you're looking for a high end vehicle. My 2016 Mini Cooper S purchase had several issues. Had 3 different brand tires and 2 were so worn I replaced them right away, they wouldn't replace them. Windshield washer fluid not working. Driver's side mirror not working. Tire Pressure sensor not working but they did fix it. Paid $1500'ish in dealer fees to wich $350'ish was for prep which it was apparent they didn't do. They did tell me after I bought it that they don't put much into there lower priced cars.

they didnt care about me. they ask me a copy of my social security card. and i said no way. they hads all my info from a letter from s.s. i was very supisous of them.

I took my Porsche Panamera in for a radiator leak. from the time that I took it to the service department I was met with professionalism and kindness. Alex was my service advisor and he was amazing from start too finish. He was upfront on the possible cost and kept me informed along the way. Picked up my car and it has been running great. Thank you Alex and Spanos motors for taking care of your customers and being honest along the way.
