I took my Porsche Panamera in for a radiator leak.
I took my Porsche Panamera in for a radiator leak. from the time that I took it to the service department I was met with professionalism and kindness. Alex was my service advisor and he was amazing from start too finish. He was upfront on the possible cost and kept me informed along the way. Picked up my car and it has been running great. Thank you Alex and Spanos motors for taking care of your customers and being honest along the way.

Purchased a beautiful BMW 650i for my husband’s upcoming
Purchased a beautiful BMW 650i for my husband’s upcoming birthday from Spanos. Stored the vehicle for two weeks while out of town but then after a few days of driving it, it began shaking badly. I took the car to the BMW dealership where I was told the car had severally damaged rims and a bubble in the tire. I immediately called Spanos motors where they assured me they would get it taken care of for me and the dealership was known to exaggerate the repair. I paid BMW for the diagnosis and the service manager from Spanos picked up the car from the dealership and took it to Spanos. Spanos motors had the car for about a month prior to me getting it back. They charged me $746.39 for repairing the bent rims and one new tire. Within a week of having the car home, we noticed air leaking from the tire that was replaced and after filling it a few times, ended up taking it to Discount Tire. Discount Tire told me the tire that was just replaced and was an old tire and dated 2021. Also that tire was no longer good due to the crack in rim and the tire bending in and splitting. I ended up spending a ton and replacing all the rims and tires at Discount Tire that day but was totally done with having issues with our new vehicle! Discount Tire also provided me with pictures of the old tire as well as all the cracks that were in the rims. The next day I called Spanos motors again and informed them of what had happened. I was told to send the pictures via email and the service manager, Austin was going to get with the general manager, Lisa and get this resolved. Sadly, after several voicemails over the last month and a half, I can’t get anyone to respond. Beware.

I purchased an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Spanos on
I purchased an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Spanos on 12/6/24. And i would like to make it clear, I am not a happy customer and will NOT be doing business with these crooks any any further. After speaking on the phone with Ty & Thomas i decided to make the 3 hour trip up to Daytona from Stuart. Before making the trip, I received a worked up estimate of the intended purchase which included an additional charge from Spanos for a ceramic coating. Per phone conversation with Ty, one of the salesman, the ceramic coating was supposed to be included in the sales price of the car and includes a care plan for the interior/ exterior cleaning . When signing the documents with Thomas, i was told this car was not eligible for the ceramic care plan even tho I was charged $2,000 for a one time coat which I was told was apart of a care plan. There is also no invoice for backup. Per the body shop i took the car to, there is no ceramic coat on the car. While signing the ownership documents, Thomas also let me know there were a few things required by the financing company: GAP coverage. Taking Thomas's word at face value, i agreed. After doing my research and calling the finance company, it was revealed that the finance company does not require such a thing and actually recommended i cancel the gap coverage thru them. Once the purchase was complete and all documents were signed, i was able to drive off the lot to head back to stuart. I looked Thomas in the eyes as I signed my last paper and asked him if there's anything wrong with this car before the 30 day 1000 mile warranty is up will they cover and he told me I would never have to contact them for a repair and referred me to a limited extended warranty offered thru financing that covers only under the hood. Maybe about 15 miles into my trip back, once I got on the highway, there was an intermittent loud scraping noise which I wasn't sure where it was coming from. After a couple minutes the noise was now constant and I pulled over once safe to inspect. To my surprise, the engine splash shield appeared to be coming apart. Upon further inspection, there is about a 2 inch tear in the front bumper which appears to be a previous repair job that has failed. Not something you'd expect after buying a luxury car. I immediately called the dealership to discuss a solution. The guys let me know that I bought a car as is and if I would like them to look at repairing it, there would be a cost. A car I just spent $25,000 on was not safe to drive and I ended up towing the vehicle down to Pompano beach for a mechanic to inspect. Spanos did not stand by anything they told me and even requested I pay them for repair. After some back and forth, it was agreed on that I would come back to the dealership Monday and the service department would "Make it Right". Upon calling the service manager, Craig Monday morning prior to me returning, Craig argued with me on 'making it right' and absolutely refused to even entertain repairing the car unless it was coming out of my pocket and told me they would only snap my bumper back into place, a cheap fix for a luxury car which is probably the cause of this whole incident in the first place. I've called and left countless messages with Lisa, Steve, Ty, Thomas, and Craig none of which bothered returned any call back to me since. These are the type of predatory car dealerships that give car salesmen a bad reputation. I would not do business with this company or anyone in this dealership again. They need to be held accountable for their dishonesty and crooked tactics. I am now left with repair costs for a vehicle I've had for 3 days. I immediately removed all dealer badges and plates with Spanos likeness because I will not provide free advertisement for a xxxx dealership that will take advantage of customers. 0/10 do not recommend.
