Thank the manger for his bad SERVICE due to trying to run a second credit report from someone with a score of 835 according to my new dealership makes at least 120k per year, owns a 400k house, and getting a trace offer of 33k for my 2023 ram 1500 which I paid CASH for it Now you tell me what wrong with ………THIS STORY…..I FORGOT to tell you …….I AM BLACK!!!!!…here is my new truck paid CASH for I bought this 67k truck for 50k with the BELLS and Whistles in ILLINOIS What is there to TALK——> ABOUT!! TV, RADIO, and media will be involved to understand your racial preferences play into this situation Sent from my iPhone

Sales staff professional.
Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.

Unscrupulous.
Unscrupulous. Wasn't told about an accident. Touch up paint washed away after first rainfall. I wouldn't buy from them again.

There was some contention when I got to the dealership.
There was some contention when I got to the dealership. I had multiple messages confirming my appointment but Patti stated that it was a 'request' not an 'appointment'. We worked through it, Patti took care of me and was extremely customer friendly. I was very happy when I left the dealership.

Everyone is great and so pleasant to work with.
Everyone is great and so pleasant to work with. I live closer to another dealership but prefer to drive a bit further to Racine because of the staff.

I was on my way to Door County WI.
I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful. Also a big shout out to Roger the mechanic who put the new engine in, it runs amazing. Thank again Jeff and Deanna

The service itself was quick and great, but my problem
The service itself was quick and great, but my problem was not fixed. I spent over $600 to have Palmen look into and fix my engine this past Wednesday. After 3 days, my Check Engine light came back on. It looks like I will be back in the dealership. Hopefully it will not cost me more!
