LC 500 bumper realignment
I would recommend Chandler Lexus service department to anybody who owns a Lexus vehicle their service department is top notch I had an issue with a bumper misaligned they didn’t even block at the repair they took care of it and it is perfect thank you to Randy the general manager Randy the senior technician and Doug the service manager and also the service writer Greg they did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be happier

Exceptional Service
We visited Lexus of Chandler to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. We were treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive new vehicle on the lot. The service was exceptional. Sam took time to carefully explain all features of the vehicle. We highly recommend Lexus of Chandler.

If your Lexus requires repair, Chandler Lexus will not disappoint you. Their Service Department is punctual and very transparent. I highly recommend you ask for the Service Manager, Misty. She is very professional and attentive.

Great service
This is my second visit for maintenance and repair. Very happy with service provided again. Danny listened to all my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. My car shopping experience at Lexus of Chandler was wonderful! Gene Penna, my salesperson, made this possible.His friendly, easy going ways, and his warm sense of humor made me feel welcomed from the start. He introduced me to various people which also made me feel welcomed and special. He gave me the feeling that he simply wanted to give me all the information and all the time that I needed to choose the best car for me. I knew I could trust Gene to be honest and that he was a good person. He was doing his job, but he seemed to care. And he proved this in many ways. I especially appreciated in how he made sure that the detailing was done to my exact satisfaction. He knew that the detailing was important to me. I also appreciated his patience in teaching me about the many features of my car, especially the safety ones and including the technology. When I came to get my car, he couldn't have made me feel more special. It was the greatest car buying experience that I ever had! Gene knew I wanted a car that i would love.
