Service and Repair

The Service Manager, Misty Miller, is the best in the industry. She will make sure you’re informed from drop off to completion of the repair. They’re very transparent throughout. I drive from North Scottsale to the Chandler Lexus to have things done honestly.

World class service

Danny Morales Is prompt and professional. He made great recommendations to ensure my safety and gave me Multiple options which he explained in detail. He was able to suggest a cost effective and quality replacement tires for my Lexus and provide service on my vehicle.

Daniel service manager

Daniel did a great job except for one little thing. With installation of a new battery all accessories need to be checked to be sure they operate properly. Outside mirror was in operable.

Fast and amazing. Dax and Rodney make it great. They diagnosed my battery and advised it didn’t have much life left. Still under partial warranty. — Replaced.

Got the car i wanted

Dealer didn’t have the car i wanted. Said it would take 18 weeks for a special order. The car i wanted was found at an out of state dealer and they made a deal to get it transferred to the dealership so i wouldn’t have to wait the 18 weeks and for possible price increase. Very good customer experience.
