Gene was an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciate the extra effort to get another similar car from out of state once the news of a recall on the one vehicle i intended time purchase came to light. And then the extra effort again when I expressed interest in a car in the showroom. Very happy with my car, the experience and especially Gene! Others that i was in contact with were wonderful as well! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Gene at Chandler Lexus!

The buying process went well. Everyone was polite, friendly and straightforward. The negotiation was amiable and there was no pressure to buy. The expectation set by Gene was pretty much in keeping with the final deal. All in all, a good experience.

Great Experience!
We visited Lexus of Chandler on 12/28/19 to look at.a preowned RAV4 Limited and ended up going home with a pristine 2017 Lexus NX200t SUV! We dealt with Mike Willis the entire time and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Low key, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional from start to finish.
