We've had nothing but excellent service from Danny Morales (& Dax Wood when Danny is absent). The prices are on the high-side, but the service makes up for it! Our ES-350 is a GREAT automobile!

Great Service, Great employees, Clean Facilities
I had a very positive experience with not only the Service Rep, Misty Miller, who was great to help me in finding good solutions to my chip in the paint and answering all my questions and concerns to the speed of service completion, the quality of the job, and the good loaner car that I used. My salesman, Robert, was so kind to go the extra mile in checking the car, helping with a front plate frame, and taking time to talk with me about my Lexus ownership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at this dealership.

A good afternoon
Originally went in to look at 2010 IS C 250, but also wanted to look at the CT 200 Hybrid. Robert was great to work with. We drove the convertible, both top up and down. Then we drove a new CT200. Ran numbers on both, and there was no pressure on me, I just needed to decide which car I wanted. I went with a new CT200 F-Sport and I am very happy.

This dealership provides A+ service, I'd highly recommend them if purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. All the Staff especially our Sales Rep Brian Mahony were very helpful. They presented multiple options and were not at all pushy, we're very happy with our decision. Brian made sure we were attended to throughout the entire transaction including follow up. They even followed me home in my old car so that I didn't have to worry about getting it home later. Never have I felt better about buying a vehicle, thank you to Lexus of Chandler for coming through big!

Great experience
My wife and I stopped to review our first ever Lexus. Robert spent over 2 hours answering every question even though he knew we were from out of town. There was no pressure whatsoever. He provided the kind of experience everyone should have when buying a car. This exceeded our expectations, and has convinced us we want to be a Lexus owner. If our home Lexus dealer is not as friendly, I will be talking to Robert again. Thank you for a GREAT experience.

Worst treatment I have ever had
Coming in to the dealership my advisor was out sick. No big deal, so Brett helped me. Here are the things i remember about the appointment. 1.) I asked if the annoying seat-belt indicator could be turned off or down in volume as it annoys the heck out of me. The service advisor proceeded to show me how my seat-belt worked as if I truly didn't know how my seat belt worked. Basically he took my question and used it as a reason to treat me like I was a moron. 2.) I asked about updating the mapping software in my Lexus RX and the advisor told me that they only do this once per year in November and its 189 dollars. Then he lifts up his cell phone, shakes it at me and says "this works just as good". So do you think I didn't know that before I dropped 4k on a navigation system. I was totally insulted, He basically implied I was stupid for buying a navigation system with my Lexus. Then when I asked him how long the appointment would take he said about 1.5 hours. I responded with "oh, i wasn't anticipating that as the lady on the phone last night said about 30 minutes." and he responded with "Nothing gets done in 30 minutes." As if I am supposed to know how long it takes to rotate tires. Lastly to top it all off, as I, my 8yr old son and wife walked out to the loaner car the kid pulling my vehicle around backed into my wife. The other kid who was doing the walk around stopped him and said "dude you need to be more careful", the kid driving the car said "dude the back up sensor didn't go off". I don't know about you but it scares me when the employees of a car dealership don't know how to operate cars. I did speak to the service manager at the dealership when I went to pick up my car and he offered my a free oil change. I think they must have thought I was poor and really didn't want my business.
