I inquired about a new RX via the internet. The reply was fast, friendly and efficient. When I came in they delivered the vehicle and price exactly as stated. No hassle. Best of all everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have been happier!

Purchased a 2001 Lexus LS430 to drive back to Canada. This dealership really impressed me. Robert looked after all the details to export car and was very resonsive to all my needs. I was in a hurry and about to buy anoter car at a differnt dealership but I decided to look at this Lexus dealer before I did and they did a great job and got the deal done as fast as possible! I wish I had been offered to add wheels to my loan but was not but I didn't think about it at the time so I cannot get wheels for my car right now.

Danny has been helpful and caring in meeting my service needs since Chandler opened. As an older woman, it is frightening to deal with the thought of a new car. Danny who I have a wonderful relationship with turned me over to Mike. Mike took all the fear and angst out of buying a car. Any reservation I had was quickly dispelled. All my requests were met. It was fair, smooth, and I was not talked or pressured into anything I didn't want. As yet, I haven't picked up my car, but Mike promised to teach me everything on my fully loaded, gadget rich new car. I feel very secure in dealing with this agency. They have always treated me with courtesy; I feel secure that I am getting a fair price and know that Lexus Staff, Danny and Mike will go the extra mile to continue giving me excellent customer service.

I bought my GS350 at Lexus of Chandler and was very satisfied with the selection and the price. It took me over 6 months to research the price and the model I wanted. I absolutely got the best price around and the exact specs on the model I wanted. But the service is the really outstanding thing about Lexus of Chandler especially my personal advisor, Danny Morales. He listens so well and then goes above and beyond exceeding my expectations! He is always so courteous and caring. He is a great asset to Lexus. I know I pay a little more for oil changes, etc. but it is well worth it being treated so well and having my GS350 treated so well too. I shopped around for specific high performance tires that were not noisy. Rachel of the parts department found them for me and the price was extremely competitive to the other tire stores I researched. I knew that Lexus of Chandler through Danny Morales would get them on time and install them correctly. I usually don't fill out these surveys but I just really wanted to give praise and a generous thank you to Danny Morales and the entire team from Lexus of Chandler for making the car experience so wonderful and painless.

Both gentlemen were excellent in all respects and we look forward to enjoying our new car. They answered all our questions and made the negotiation process very comfortable. Leon started the process and consumated the deal. We had to come back at another time to pick the car up and since Leon was not in that day, Dave assumed the final transactions and explained all the new features of our car in detail so we were ready to get in and drive away feeling secure We will be glad to recommend the dealership to our friends. Dave was very knowledgeable about the Lexus & was a good resource to field questions. He was patient & very accommodating. He went out of his way to even make my German Shepherd dog comfortable and out of the hot Arizona weather while we did the paper work. We took our dog along as we were "just looking" and ended up buying from Dave. We are very happy.
