Lexus of Chandler

Of course I do recomend Lexus of Chandler because they do have good prices and I love the used cars they do have for sale! Also Dave Martell (the salesman) have a good deal for me and he was so kind with me and my kids, and we had a real good deal with him. thsnk for everything!!

Our experience at Lexus of Chandler was made made most enjoyable by our salesman Dave Martell who was most courteous and accommodating and very attentive to our needs. The purchasing experience was done efficiently and in a very professional and respectful manner. We liked the casual attire worn today as it was more like dealing with a neighbor. Robert Warden was our financial advisor and also conducted the procedures quickly and efficiently and was very courteous as were all the employees of the dealership. I had done research on the car and the dealership prior to going there. So Lisa's name was at the top of our list. We were not disappointed. The price arrived at was fair, including the trade, while the purchase process went without a hitch. There was no pressure throughout the entire process, including finance. All was handled very professionally and with a high level of customer courtesy. We highly recommend Lisa, Raad and the entire Lexus of Chandler team.

Robert was fantastic. Negotiations went as well as can be expected for buying a car. Felt like he understood were I needed to be as far as price was concerned. Followed up on items that I wanted addressed. The actual finance guy experience (where you sign the papers) went very smoothly beacuse Robert prepared a complete file. Delivery process was very good and informative. Will absoutely refer friends and clients to him.

After visiting several dealerships in an effort to find a good used vehicle we happened to stop by Lexus of Chandler. We were immediately greeted by Dave Martell and when he didn't have the older model RX300 that I was hoping to find, he took the time to show us several others that he thought we might like. Sure enough, there was a Volvo that more than fit our needs. We had never purchased a Volvo and Dave took so much time answering questions and making sure that we were comfortable. The car was priced higher than what we wanted to spend and he worked hard to get it to where we were willing to make the purchase. We have already recommended him to a friend who is planning on buying in the next few weeks and would go back to him in the future for any vehicle that we want to purchase. He is friendly and positive without any of the usual pushy and aggressive "car salesman" behavior...what a refreshing find! Dave and the entire staff were so friendly and professional that I can't imagine buying from any other dealership going forward. Had a nice buying experience with Dave Martell at Lexus of Chandler. I would recommend speaking with him on your next trip to Lexus. He attended to all my needs and we drove away satisfied. Initial customer service or "welcome" could be better as well as expecting a call back if calling in. Went through multiple sales reps before Dave took care of us. Thanks again Dave!

Great repairs/service so I tried to purchase new from them. They were firm in their "offer" of full MSRP. Must have had "sucker" written on my face without knowing. I have bought many new Lexuses in my lifetime & know most anyone can do better than having to pay full MSRP. AVOID Lexus of Chandler!
