This is my 5th lease with Lexus, the first in Chandler. I recently moved here from the east coast and found Joe Sokhon to be extremely professional and helpful with my new selection. He made my experience very pleasant, unlike some of my previous leases. I highly recommend Chandler Lexus and look forward to returning in 3 years to lease a new vehicle. I might add that when I serviced my old car here, the price was close to half what I paid in New Jersey. Savings, good service, and nice people -- truly a winning combination.

At our first visit to Lexus of Chandler, my wife and I...

At our first visit to Lexus of Chandler, my wife and I were greeted with a big welcome and introduction to our sales associate, Mike Wills. Wills was professional throughout the process, helping with a color selection, answering several of our questions about the automobile, and made us feel comfortable with the selection that we made. We would recommend this dealer to family and friends. Daniel Morales our Service Advisor has been very helpful on two occasions, and I feel very comfortable that he is looking out for our interest with Auto Service there at the dealership.

I was treated with extreme professional and the service...

I was treated with extreme professional and the service is superb. I recommend that you check Lexus of Chandler (Penske) for your automobile purchasing needs. When I tried other dealerships I was haggled and felt uncomfortable with a aggresive sales tactic but I felt as though these folks had my best interests in mind. i love my new LS460. BLM

The first contact by Ms Goodman demonstrated her...

The first contact by Ms Goodman demonstrated her conviction that I would deal with her and Lexus of Chandler. She immediately came up with a price that met all my requirements. We were greeted warmly by her and she turned us over to Mr Valenti who from there demonstrated the details of the car. Within a few minutes I received a fair proposal on my trade in. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made on new automobile. Because of medical circumstances across town (45 miles away) and the fact I forgot my registration on thew trade in as well as my check book both the salesman and the finance officer set it up that we could take the new car and get to our appointment. The next day we returned and completed all the required details.

We bought a car at Lexus of Chandler and some issues with our lease contract.Thank you Kim Goodman for helping us resolve the problems. I would recommend people to do business with her. She is very professional and keeps her word. They are lucky to have her at their dealership.

Since our car was 7 years old and had 160,000 miles we felt it was time to seek out a new vehicle. My husband first searched on line for recommendations and then we began visiting various dealerships. The Lexus of Chandler dealership was the first one we visited and were impressed with the cars, dealership and friendliness of the people. All of the personnel seemed friendly and appeared to enjoy working at Lexus of Chandler. After visiting other dealerships we returned to Lexus of Chandler to take another look at the RX 350. Our salesperson was Lisa who we found to be friendly, positive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that she was in no way pushy or aggressive. She was not hurried but explained all of the features of the car. We were impressed that Lisa clearly explained and demonstrated the various features of the RX 350. After purchasing the car she suggested we return if we had other questions. She also called us a couple of days later for a follow up to our purchased and reminded us to return to the dealership if we had any additional questions. We could not have desired a more pleasant car buying experience that what we received with Lisa and Lexus of Chandler.

I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase any Lexus vehicle. I shopped every single Lexus dealership in the greater Phoenix area & hands down- Chandler Lexus was the most professional, the most honest,and the most friendly. Zero pressure, good deal on car, and excellent follow up afterward. I drove 30 miles to do business w/ them, and am very happy I did so. It is refreshing to do business with a professional courteous organization like this one.

At Lexus of Chandler, I always get very personalized...

At Lexus of Chandler, I always get very personalized attention, be it purchasing a new Lexus (3 so far from Lexus of Chandler in the last 4 years) or servicing those vehicles. I never have trouble getting a service appointment that suits my schedule and when I arrive, I am greeted like an old friend. I consider it an outstanding dealership!

After visiting 5 other dealerships in the area (in the 110 degree heat), we reluctently decided to stop by the Lexus dealership on our way home to see if there was even a chance of getting a good deal on a used RX350. We fell in love with a beautiful 2008 model and made an offer. Dave didn't give us the usual "you must be crazy" look and then counter-offer with only a $500 discount. Instead, he came back with an offer that was VERY reasonable. It was so reasonable, in fact, that we accepted that offer and were done negotiating in 10 mins or less! We loved Dave's personality and especially loved the fact that we didn't have to spend all day negotiating a deal for our new car. We also worked with a gentleman named Raad, who handled all our paperwork. We felt reassured by his expertise, as well. He was very helpful in deciding whether or not to purchase any extras and we didn't feel pressured at all. While completing the documents, Dave took our new car back to the service department and had it detailed. It was already gorgeous before that, but it really sparkled afterwards. Dave then took the time to show us how to work all the bells and whistles on our car and made sure we knew who to contact when it came time to schedule service. It's been three days and I love my new car more every day and will definitely return to Lexus of Chandler when we need service or when it comes time to replace our other car. Thanks to Dave, Raad, and the guys who detailed our car on Saturday; you made our buying experience a very pleasant one!

KENT AVERILL WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. I KNOW WHAT I LIKE IN CARS AND, GENERALLY, DON'T CARE TO BE APPROACHED AS I LIKE TO TAKE MY TIME WITH NO PRESSURE. ACTUALLY, KENT WAS A HELP AND WAS NOT THE LEAST BIT PUSHY. WE ENJOYED DISCUSSING THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION AND I TOOK MY TIME MAKING A DECISION TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. I WOULD WORK WITH HIM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT AND WILL REFER MY FRIENDS TO KENT AND LEXUS OF CHANDLER. THIS IS THE 2ND VEHICLE I HAVE PURCHASED AT THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN SHOULD THE NEED ARISE. IN SUM, KENT GIVES CAR SALES FOLKS A VERY GOOD NAME. THANKS, AGAIN, JOHN MCGUIRE
