It was a great experience. They treated us as in a special way. From Frank and Manuel they are very friendly and professional. Andy the manager made it happen. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends. They deliver what they say. 5 stars. And thank you so much the Beamer. It’s excellent. Our first one. We still use the Honda Accd we got from them 7 years ago. That speaks volume. Again thanks Andy, Frank and Manuel

Terrible terrible terrible customer service they probably go through multiple sales people a week try to avoid if you can. I called for a Mercedes GLA that was priced over market they never negotiated.

my apologies for your disappointment, but we haven't had any sales people turnover here in the last 2 years since our staff are pleasant and we're all happy with what we do. as far as pricing is concerned, every single vehicle on our lot has an above average price rating or better anywhere on the internet. i do not think that it is fair that just because you did not get your way, you are throwing a 1-star on us. have a nice day

No pressure!
My husband and I went in to look at a Honda CR-V I found online- Manuel at the dealership came out and let me test drove the vehicle. Even though we didn’t buy a car there I felt I wasn’t being pressured into talking numbers and Manuel was friendly and courteous.

Andy is a super guy and very easy to work with. He makes buying a car fun and simple. They have very nice cars in the lot. The facility is super clean and all the employees are very professional and friendly.

I was done in 20 minutes as promised and driving back home to Sacramento. Want a car in the shape advertised, go see Andy, he sells what is promised online and represents his product well.
