Made my appointment for oil change, tire, rotation, and

Made my appointment for oil change, tire, rotation, and track placement per recall notification. Made my appointment specifically with those details via text message. Had oil change and tire rotation, but was told they would have to order the parts I needed from the recall. Not sure why they did not just schedule me for when the parts would be in. Additionally, was told that I needed a new air filter on my brand new five month old vehicle. When I question this, the service manager went to inspect the air, filtration himself and informed me that in fact, it did not need to be changed and there were only two bugs on the filter. The service tech I spoke to initially was going to have me proceed with buying a $55 air filter when in fact this was completely unnecessary. Also, the video I received going over the parts of my car was completely useless. Not sure what the point is of that, but everything that I was shown on the video I could see with my own eyes. If going to offer the video, it would be nice if the video actually showed what was inspected and looked at. After this experience, I will find it hard to trust any recommendations for repair

The service advisor was pleasant and easy to talk to.

The service advisor was pleasant and easy to talk to. The tech shared a video of the inspection. I’d love a more thorough video of some of the other things like fluids, exhaust, transmission, etc. The work took a bit longer than I’d expected as we thought it’d be about 1 hour and it was more like 2. They recently hired a gal who worked as a service advisor at Rosen where I was going before, and she was always very cordial and helpful there. I’m glad to see RDK pulled her over to join the team. You got a good one!
