I came in for express service and Eric was able to get me

I came in for express service and Eric was able to get me right in, they did a great job and had me out in a very reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and thorough and explaining the service.

They need to know more about phev's.

They need to know more about phev's. Service and mechanic did not understand the battery level. Had to wait another day till someone who understood came in.

Went for service and was told it would take 2-3 hours.

Went for service and was told it would take 2-3 hours. I waited for over 5 hours and had to ask for the car wash at the end even though they said they would do it at the beginning. The guy at the front sales desk (not service desk) rolled his eyes at me when I asked for the car wash I was promised.

As usual, the personnel were highly professional and my car was repaired as promised and on time. I've had work done on my Sorento at another Kia dealership and the experience was disappointing. So I come to Darrow even though it is a longer drive from my home.

He listened to what we wanted We liked everyone we worked with. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were talking about. My husband is still wondering where his Kwik trip cards are??

The service writer was very friendly and explained

The service writer was very friendly and explained everything well. The only issue I have is with the cost of an oil change. A hundred dollars is to high for a simple maintenance issue.
