Came in for an oil change and they finished faster than expected! Super nice people in the Service department that are friendly and eager to help get things done for you the way they should be. Been a satisfied customer for many years.

This is where I got my vehicle and also where I’ve gotten

This is where I got my vehicle and also where I’ve gotten it serviced ever since. Honestly the whole staff is very impressive, professional, and accommodating. I used to go to a family-friend’s shop nearby loyally for years. Once he sold it off, I was essentially a “free agent” and with buying my vehicle here we got a generous amount of free oil changes (which is huge, our vehicle only needs an oil change every 7-8.5k miles according to the manual!) and honestly the experience has been like getting up and walking away from Plato’s Cave Wall. Instead of constantly hearing “oh yeah, you know, this is wrong, this is going bad, you’ll need this within the next few visits oh and you probably want to have us do this before you leave” it’s literally the opposite, I told them “I think I have some fluids that need replaced soon, and also my tires might be coming up soon” they looked into it and said “nope, you’re actually good for another 10-20k at least. Oh and we found a nail in your tire so we patched that up for you (no charge.)” I mean they easily could’ve gotten me for a few thousand dollars and instead left not only better than when I got there, but also cleaned the vehicle too. I forgot to mention, once you drop off your vehicle, they literally pay for you to have a ride to and fro. I remember having to coordinate with my wife, or my dad, or a friend so I could get work done on my vehicle and still make it to work and still make it back to my vehicle when it was done or else just sit there for hours. They do have a great waiting area if that’s your preference, but I mean that aspect is honestly invaluable to me, personally. Freddy is who helped us with buying and our whole family are big fans of him, we truly didn’t want to give our business to anyone else after working with him. There are a number of familiar faces in the maintenance department that I usually see when I take my vehicle for service and they all are clearly knowledgeable, it seems to be a healthy work environment, and obviously I can’t speak to how above and beyond and on your side they truly are. Highly recommend. I can only imagine anyone not giving them a 5 star review is a self loathing pessimist who isn’t giving out the whole story and probably needs Jesus. Just my honest opinion. Thank you all again!

The sales staff was kind and knowledgeable. They respected my budget. When I told them it was between the vehicle there and another brand amd that I was leaving to drive a competitors vehicle, the sales manager said please do I want you to be sure you are getting the right one. No trying to get me to stay etc. it was refreshing. We ultimately came back and purchased from them. My only complain was how long the process takes. We spent about 30 minutes talking to a sales guy when I had already said this is what I want etc. he could have saved us both time

Russ Darrow Kia’s service team was incredible in helping

Russ Darrow Kia’s service team was incredible in helping fix up my car before I had to travel out of state home after visiting for work. They had a busy schedule and were short-staffed but went above and beyond to help get me on the road. They even excluded charges related some fixes they had tried that didn’t work. They were a life saver!
