18 days to fix car.

18 days to fix car. After 16 days they had forgotten to get a necessary gasket. Coolant had gotten into the engine oil but they stated the engine is still good , we will see. The extended warranty that was sold to me did not cover the part and I am out $1500.

Prompt, kind, courteous, caring, informative, knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, clean, easy to make appointment, can usually get an appointment scheduled when I want and within a short period of time, great coffee in waiting area, clean bathroom and waiting area
