Great experience - buying a new car

Our Sales guy Joel was fabulous. He was easy to work with, wasn't pushy at all and was just great! Financing went smooth and we were surprised to get the interest rate that we did. Thanks for a great experience!

It went well, but the attendant forgot to put a punch in my oil card that was on my key ring.

Recall service

Service and quality of repairs is important in selecting who services your vehicle however, the people who work at the service center are also a key in who's service I use. The service and quality of work at Luther Chev in Hudson is great but so are the service staff like Marti and Randy. Thanks

You asked for comments to improve service. I have been your customer for 7 years (moved to Hudson in 2007) and only say I have nothing to provide for improvement. Your service personnel are the best I have encountered and I have been a vehicle owner since 1952. Always provide excellent advice, attempt to keep costs down while providing proper care, and are always friendly in greeting me. If they could be any better, I am at a loss to say how. JML

will not be back for service

While in for a recall, I asked if they could do a cursory inspection of my windshield washer control. I explained that I was just looking for a quick glance for something easily fixed. I was told to sign a few spots and that their wouldn't be a charge for a cursory inspection. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a larger than expected invoice waiting for me, and a pink eyesore on my maroon car. Needless to say, I paid the invoice because I did sign where they told me to, and I will deal with fixing the pink eyesore on my care somewhere else. Not the professionalism or the communication I would expect from a top service center.

Even though my appointment was unplanned, Adam took care of my needs and really helped get my truck repaired in a critical timeframe. I really appreciate his efforts.

When you're here, you're a V.I.P.

My sales associate Sam came into work on her day off to give my fiance and I a test drive. She then worked with us to stay in budget, and I never felt any pressure to buy from her (even on her day off). When we came back to the dealership to finalize our purchase, she offered us drinks, and walked us through every feature on our 2014 Chevy Cruze. She even gave us a friendly heads-up before setting up our OnStar subscription that the representative would ask us if we would like to purchase minutes allowing us to make a decision before starting the process. The people at this dealership go the extra mile, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
