The service department is awesome!!!
I have a 2013 Chevy cruise with 17000 miles on it, which I had purchased from another dealership used. The car had been making an intermittent rattle in the engine compartment since, but it seemed that we could never make it happen while it was at their shop. I was told that "these things can be hard to track down and as long as it was running ok not to worry about it" I took it to Luther to have other service done to it and talked to Steve about the rattle. They keep the car until they could get it to identify what was making the mystery noise and got it corrected.

Standing behind their work
I recently had an alternator replaced on my GMC Yukon, which unfortunately failed after a couple days. The fortunate side was that Luther Hudson GMC stood behind their work and handled the replacement of the failed part efficiently and smoothly. They assisted with a rental vehicle as well and had the work done by the end of the day.

The service was fabulous, I found the tires cheaper somewhere else, I brought the quote in from the other place and Luther honored that price!!!!

Emergency help
I had an emergency with my GMC Yukon. While on the freeway, the electric system completely shut down. I was able to get the vehicle to the Luther dealership - just to the service door, when it died. Even without an appointment, they were able to take care of my repair, provide a rental car, and have my vehicle ready by the end of the day! Turned out to be an alternator. But I much appreciated their efficient service.

Great service with a smile. these folks continue to offer the best service. I only had one day to get some work done and they came through for me. Plus they did it with a smile like it was no big deal. Great service, great people. Good job as usual folks. Thank you. Dave.

Great buying experience
Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion off the lot. Great buying experience. Did a lot of research and the car was priced right. They really know how to present used cars. Clean and ready to go. Derrick was great to work with and my 2 college aged sons who were getting the car for school both enjoyed the experience as well.

I purchased my car there from Ron Williams. Ron is an amazing salesman and we have highly recommended him to several people. He wasn't pushy but definitely knew what he was talking about. Very friendly and very nice guy to deal with. We will definitely request him when we're ready for another vehicle. Any time we come in now if he isn't busy he comes right over and asks how we're doing and if I have any concerns about my car. Today I came in for an oil change and tire inspection due to low tire pressure warning. Steve helped me out and was excellent. He took the tire completely apart but couldn't find a problem. He thinks it was a bad bead but to keep an eye on it and be sure to bring it back in if I'm stiill am having problems. He was so good about it. Randy, also from service is great. He waited on me previously and has always been very competent. Wonderful people in the service department. Every time we come there everyone is so friendly and considerate. Great Service
When my service engine light flashed on my 2009 Acadia I thought I was in for a very expensive fix especially since I had 104,000 miles on it. After a thorough diagnosis it was determined that all that was needed was a software update. Steve and Randy were quick and efficient in resolving the problem and getting my car back to me. I have never had a bad experience with the Hudson Luther Chevrolet GMC service department.
