STRESS FREE FREINDLY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

Our car buying experience was awesome. I found a car I liked ay Stoler Lexus, I called and requested an "out the door price", The sales associate Tom Bardelman provided me with the amount and guaranteed there would be no adjustments. When I arrived. a few hours later, the car was detailed and ready to go. Tom reviewed the vehicle with me then sent me to the finances department to finalize the deal. I was introduced to Travis Wagman. Travis processed everything in under 20 minutes with no additional sales pressure. I drove off the lot in my new car in just under one hour. !

Repeat customer since the store opened in 1983

We have purchased or leased at least 10 vehicles from Len Stoler Lexus since our first LS 400 in 1983. We work with sales advisor Tom Bartelmann, who is first rate. Nuff said.

Poor attention to detail especially inside cabin

Sales process was seamless. Steve did a great job facilitating the delivery. I purchased the car sight unseen confident because it was L certified. The mid rating was because the pre delivery detail was poor especially on the inside. I know the car is used but I expected more. Wife loves the car though. I’ll have to pay to have the interior done up to our standards. IDK. Lots of issues with the interior detail among many, your guys saturated the all weather mats with what I believe to be silicone spray causing them to be very slippery. Also got lots of overspray on the leather front and back. Again rating would have been higher but the detail was poorly done especially for a luxury car dealer.

Great Dealership and Outstanding Sales Person

My experience was outstanding. My sales person, Mr. Daryl Smith is professional and knowledgeable and is an outstanding sales person and representative for the company. I found all persons from beginning to the end of the sale to be courteous and easy to deal with.

Great experience

Totally satisfied customer.

Terrific! The sales person who’s name was Phyllis was the best. Everything went smoothly she kept me informed and made the experience just great, even when I changed my color of choice.

Great experience!

I had an absolutely satisfying experience at Len Stoler Lexus. Locating the showroom entrance was the only challenge. Thereafter, I was given time to present what I was looking for, share my experience with Lexus, and indicate I would not make a purchase at this visit. I was shown the car and got explanations of the various features. I was able to drive it home, where I determined that I could negotiate getting it into my garage and see that it easily fit. This was one of the criterion to be met in the vehicle I selected. The sales person, Chase Stine, was available, provided prompt responses to all my questions. He was accommodating and conveyed thoughtful during both initial and purchasing visits. It was a pleasure and I am very pleased to recommend this dealership and it’s staff

Excellent Service

I would like to THANK my Salesman Daniel Burke and his Manager for finding my car in New York. They had it shipped to Len Stoler Lexus for me in a day. It was a pleasure working with Mr Burke. Within a day I was approved and financed with no money down with my dream car. I let Mr Burke know what I wanted and told him that I trusted him to handle my deal. He had Excellent communication and attitude and it was all on the phone. Mr Burke did not let me down. Just picked up my car and EVERYONE in the dealership had a Great attitude and friendly. Last but not least the Fiance officer worked to get me the Best Deal.

New Car Sales

Because of an April 1 lease end date, we have spent the last month trying to find a new car at multiple dealers in the Baltimore/Washington area. Dealerships don't have cars on the lot or in showrooms to sell! We have been misled, ignored and dismissed by numerous dealers. After searching online and finding the car we wanted, we contacted a dealer in DC and received assurance it was available. We drove 1 1/2 hours to DC only to find the car was sold! It was the old bait and switch tactic to get us to buy a car that was available, but unsold. Fortunately, we made an appointment with Tom Bardelman at Len Stoler. He arranged for us to test drive an RX350 AWD and we loved it! Tom was able to locate an RX350 "in transit" with the equipment we wanted. Within a short time, he made us a great offer we couldn't refuse. Len Stoler bought our car and put us in a clean, well equipped 2020 NX350 until our car arrives at the dealer sometime next week. The entire transaction was quick and easy. The entire staff was pleasant and responsive and we couldn't be more pleased.
