I have an RX350 Lexus and had been dealing with Len...

I have an RX350 Lexus and had been dealing with Len Stoler Owings Mills for service with no problem however, I decided to upgrade my vehicle to a 2018. I was working with Duane Womer and he found the vehicle I wanted and I was told it had to be inspected 1st thereforefore could not be sold.I understood, but then told him what I was trading and his manager gave me an appraisal amount on the vehicle however could not buy the car. I was told that once it's inspected and I wanted them to get a few dings out the purchase would be made. Never was I told I had to buy that car that day. When I called back the end of the week the car was sold. Duane said he did not know that they had sold because he was off and when he inquired he was told I should have put a deposit down. I spoke with his manager Phil Pate who was very rude and assumed that I knew how your business is run. If they would have honest with me and let me know upfront that they wanted the car sold as is, then it would have been my decision however, this dealership does things that is completely unacceptable and not in the best interest of the customer. Phil Tate did not even apologize for his rudeness or lack of communication to me. I know I will not deal with them ever again.

Very comfortable buying my used Lexus from them. Duane was a very friendly salesman! Finally an enjoyable experience buying a car. I usually dread that. Travis in finance was very helpful as well. People were very professional and personable!

Great service

This is probably the easiest car buying process I’ve had buying a car. Mrs Vicky Shay and Duane were super helpful and knowledgeable. Duane was really helpful with his knowledge about cars and Mrs Shay knowledge about finances really help me out.

Great Experience

Marina was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy. Most memorable moment is when she showed in my driveway and handed me the keys to my 2021 Lexus RX 450h!

Great experience!

It was great working with Chris Doe on purchasing my ES 300h. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the process as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Retired

I purchased a new Lexus ES250. Repairs are non applicable. The customer service was awesome and my wait time was minimum. My experience with the dealership was one of the better times I spent at a dealership.

We have bought three Lexus cars from Len Stoler and have had a great experience each time. Our salesman, Duane Womer, was thorough and followed through with his word on each step of this car buying journey. We would recommend this dealership for anyone shopping for cars.

Switched out my UXh for a new one!!

Always a pleasure to deal with Len Stoler Lexus. From Alan, to my actual salespeson, then dealing with Travis in finance, it is always so easy and smooth. They helped me switch (mid lease) from a 2019 to a 2021 and lowered my payment by $50/month! PLUS they paid the first month of the lease. So I left with a brand new car and didn't write a check! Great experience on all levels.

Shopping for a new car

Shopping for my new NX was a pleasure. Alan Kassel and Tom Bardelman guided me through the process and gave me excellent advice. This is just one of many Lexus cars that my husband and I purchased from this dealership and it was always a pleasure.
