Wonderful experience. No pressure at all from the time I went in and then until the time I returned. I worked with a very pleasant young man. No 2 or 3 people pressuring me. I worked with the salesperson directly. Very courteous and made car buying easy. After purchasing the car I sat with a technical technician who went over everything and explained how everything operated. I was shown where service would be if I chose to use the service at that dealership.I was walked through the service waiting area with amenities.

My wife and I bought our New / Used 2019 Lexus ES350 at Len Stoler Lexus. We were working with Ana, since considering a new vehicle We have been looking for quite some time and Ana was gracious enough to email us with new arrivals.. Finally saw the one we liked.. My husband and I bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership a few weeks ago. We absolutely love the vehicle, and the sales professional, Anastasia, was very kind and accommodating. The financing process was simple and we had a great conversation with the finance manager as well. Everyone was very personable. We had one issue with the battery but the dealership rectified it immediately, the manager Alan reached out personally. Truly a 5 star facility.

The Sales rep and management team were awesome. Definitely will work with them again. The car I purchased had just come in and it was everything I wanted. I am very happy.

The environment was very comfortable, welcoming and clean . Upon arrival staff members from the sales team was accommodating. Darryl Smith was our salesman; who provided excellent customer service. He answered our questions & provided comfort to our concerns. Good Customer Service is hard to come by during these times. I appreciate the Service.
