This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. To lure you into buying a car, they show you attractive figures and even ask what down payment you’d like to make—all just to trap you into letting them run your credit score. Once they got approval for my deal, they claimed there was another buyer for the car and told me I’d have to put down nearly double the amount if I wanted it—even though we had already agreed on the terms before I authorized the credit check. You should know that if they show you numbers here, IT MEANS NOTHING; they’ll easily change them after running your credit. Or worse: if there’s another buyer—who, by the way, arrived after I was already in the process of finalizing the purchase—they’ll try to sell the car to both of us at the same time and start a bidding war to see who pays more. Listen, I’m handing this case over to my lawyers; I’m sure they’ll point out all the violations you committed regarding this deal, and we’ll see you in court.

This is truly the worst dealership anyone can purchase a car from, I purchased a G-wagon and it completely broke down less than 90 days and less than 500 miles, I was assured the vehicle was completely inspected at the time of my purchase, a complete lie. I have been waiting on the dealership to contact me regarding the 2 different inspections I received and how can a 80k car break down in less than 90 days and now I have a bill over 3k, parts glued together, things unheard of with a car from a dealership I will try all I can to be heard about this unfair treatment, I will not stop, if you truly want to be appreciated and not robbed for your purchase please do not purchase anything from this dealership. I do hope someone would be professional and contact me about receiving a car not fit for sale

I took the time to visit the dealership. I was contacted by the dealership and responded as to my intent to visit. Once I arrived I looked for the vehicle with help from salespeople. The vehicle was gone. Later we found out vehicle was sold. I was contacted after I left but no further dialoge was discussed.

I like that you had a selection and that ev in sales was able to locate some other options and had a car shipped to us, though we did not buy the used van, we did come back and buy a new one. I want to say the whole place made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped on to the lot

I would like to thank Joseph Aguila, Sidney Woolen, and Kasra Foroutan for their help with my recent Mercedes-Benz purchase. Joseph was my salesperson and stayed in communication throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, and always available when I had questions about the vehicle. Sidney helped structure the deal and worked with Joseph to get everything completed. He was straightforward and helpful whenever additional information was needed. The person who really impressed me after the sale was Kasra Foroutan. I had been promised a part for the vehicle, and rather than letting the issue fall through the cracks, he personally made sure it was located and shipped to me. That level of follow-through is something customers remember and appreciate. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and good customer service matters. Joseph, Sidney, and Kasra all contributed to making sure I got into the vehicle I wanted and that outstanding items were taken care of afterward. Thank you all for your assistance and professionalism.

My Sales executive, Joseph Aquila, was professional in all regards and exceptionally helpful. Moreover, the Finance Manager, Roddy Masihi, was equally helpful and accommodating in all respects. I would recommend the dealership without hesitation or reservation.

Fantastic customer service! They took great care of my Sprinter van and kept me in the loop w/ the service from the get go. Turned the vehicle around very quickly. Definitely the best Mercedes dealership SoCal I highly recommend.
