I met Marco Andrade approximately two years ago. He took my wife and I on a test run. Albeit I wasn’t really ready to buy at the time, he was still patient and took the time to answer all of our questions in a very professional (not pushy, which is what I can’t stand). We had a subsequent visit and he was consistent. We went on another test drive and I promised that when we were ready that he would be the person I bought from. The last time we visited which was this past July 2019 I was ready but the car we wanted wasn’t available. We placed an order and the car came last month (January). Marco and Derek made the experience special for my wife by playing along and allowing me to surprise her with the car. Needless to say, she was speechless and is loving her Mercedes. Marco, Derek (service dept.) and Jeremy (finance) are simply the best! I’ve made Marco another promise and that is I’ll be back in approximately 3 years to treat myself to a G-Wagon as my retirement gift. I’ll come back to him because of this experience.
