Much thanks to Steve in Depaula Chevrolet I T DEPARTMENT….Very knowledgeable, polite & patient with This 74 year old Neanderthal who was in need of significant info for his 2026 Corvette …. He discovered issues with OnStar & completed basic services - settings that were never explained or activated at other Chevy dealership where car was purchased….Nice guy to deal with . George DeJesus was great to work with, I will refer and use him again in the future. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was professional. When it came time to sign in the business office, to setting up my OnStar and picking up my car.

They sent me a code for 2 free ski tickets to Whiteface this year. It says in the small print that I must use the code on their website before the season ends. Their website has been down all season, and I cannot receive the tickets! I have called dozens of times, and they keep forwarding me to an answering machine! They are just waiting for the season to end, then they will reply. Come on! Never buying another vehicle here out of morals.
