DONT DO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a car and 3 months later the MOTOR BLEW, prior I came in 2 weeks after I purchased because it kept breaking and having problems and they refused to give warranty and time in the shop to fix. Then when I asked to trade in they REFUSED

Do NOT come here. Worked with Jay and he was extremely helpful, nice, and honest. However, the manager Rine blew the sale. When talking numbers and paperwork, he insisted I also do a loan app with them as a backup if my banks check does not show up. Never heard of this. He tried talking to me for 30 min over the sales rep half broken phone and we could barely hear him. I don't blame the sales rep, his phone was half broken, it happens. But after getting frustrated, I learned the manager was just sitting upstairs. Trying to buy a car and you can't even come downstairs to talk to clients. Lack of respect ultimately lead me to walking out. Jay was cool, but the sales manager Rine is holding sales back and does not care about clients.

In October 2024, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Volt from AutoSource Hawaii after being repeatedly assured by Rima and the staff that I would receive the $4,000 federal used EV tax credit. They made it sound like everything would be flawless and guaranteed, and at no point did they mention they were not a qualified IRS dealer — a requirement for the credit. I later discovered, while filing my taxes in March 2025, that AutoSource was never qualified, making me completely ineligible for the credit. I was deceived, plain and simple. What’s worse is that they stopped returning my calls once I brought up the issue. I’ve since found out that I’m not the only one — multiple other customers are dealing with the exact same problem. This points to a pattern of dishonest sales practices, especially around EV incentives. If you're thinking of buying from AutoSource Hawaii, do your research. Ask for everything in writing and double-check their tax credit eligibility with the IRS. Based on my experience, I would never do business with Rima or AutoSource again

Tried to sell me a vehicle that needed repairs and said
Tried to sell me a vehicle that needed repairs and said that they could make the repairs for no more than $500. I agreed, paid everything with the assumption that the repairs would be no more than what was quoted. Then I get a quote for the repairs being about $1000. I, of course, am flabbergasted and contact my salesrep, Chris, who was very apologetic. I asked if I could have a refund or at least exchange the vehicle for another of similar value and that did not have a check-engine light on. He showed me one that looked promising and I actually liked it better than the original vehicle I was looking to purchase. He got his boss, Rima, involved and the boss just shut all of that down saying, "All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds." This was after they had kept me waiting in their waiting room for 5 hours. Literally 5 hours total. Everything felt very scammy and their customer service is terrible. Not to mention the fact that they're impossible to get into contact with over the phone or through text. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My sales representative Jay was good at trying to put me
My sales representative Jay was good at trying to put me in something cost wise. Did everything possible to help me and he was extremely honest when I asked about a few cars that I did like and was in my budget. Only issue is they didn’t fill up my gas tank and they really are not into giving good deals to people is just amazing how much inventory they have. I did end up with a vehicle so I do have transportation. Should have went to Jerry well now you know

BUYERS BEWARE.
BUYERS BEWARE... Bought a vehicle back in June of last year. I had my vehicle for less than 6 months and my car is back in the shop for a second time. About a month ago I was experiencing catastrophic mechanical issues with my transmission. I Went back to the dealership and was put in a loaner for 3 weeks. Got my car back and no repairs were done. They even said they found and fixed the issue but never disclosed what was wrong, if anything was broken or if they replaced anything. Now I'm in a loaner for a third time since buying the car. Seriously BEWARE. Rima the owner was no help at all. Sure he did a good job at being nice and friendly but at the end of the day. He will not fix issues with a car that is already sold, has no follow through and will take your money and run with it. DO NOT GO HERE
