Tried to sell me a vehicle that needed repairs and said

Tried to sell me a vehicle that needed repairs and said that they could make the repairs for no more than $500. I agreed, paid everything with the assumption that the repairs would be no more than what was quoted. Then I get a quote for the repairs being about $1000. I, of course, am flabbergasted and contact my salesrep, Chris, who was very apologetic. I asked if I could have a refund or at least exchange the vehicle for another of similar value and that did not have a check-engine light on. He showed me one that looked promising and I actually liked it better than the original vehicle I was looking to purchase. He got his boss, Rima, involved and the boss just shut all of that down saying, "All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds." This was after they had kept me waiting in their waiting room for 5 hours. Literally 5 hours total. Everything felt very scammy and their customer service is terrible. Not to mention the fact that they're impossible to get into contact with over the phone or through text. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My sales representative Jay was good at trying to put me

My sales representative Jay was good at trying to put me in something cost wise. Did everything possible to help me and he was extremely honest when I asked about a few cars that I did like and was in my budget. Only issue is they didn’t fill up my gas tank and they really are not into giving good deals to people is just amazing how much inventory they have. I did end up with a vehicle so I do have transportation. Should have went to Jerry well now you know

We bought a 2023 Tahoe with about 9,000 miles on it.

We bought a 2023 Tahoe with about 9,000 miles on it. The dealership was honest and trustworthy, they made a promise and kept their word!!! I would and will use them again and encourage all my friends and family to do the same!!!

BUYERS BEWARE.

BUYERS BEWARE... Bought a vehicle back in June of last year. I had my vehicle for less than 6 months and my car is back in the shop for a second time. About a month ago I was experiencing catastrophic mechanical issues with my transmission. I Went back to the dealership and was put in a loaner for 3 weeks. Got my car back and no repairs were done. They even said they found and fixed the issue but never disclosed what was wrong, if anything was broken or if they replaced anything. Now I'm in a loaner for a third time since buying the car. Seriously BEWARE. Rima the owner was no help at all. Sure he did a good job at being nice and friendly but at the end of the day. He will not fix issues with a car that is already sold, has no follow through and will take your money and run with it. DO NOT GO HERE

Just before Christmas I went into Autosource to look at a

Just before Christmas I went into Autosource to look at a 2009 BMW z4. I've owned one before and of all the cars I've driven over the past 57 years, it was my all time favorite! Having retired a decade ago, I didn't see any means of purchasing or financing another one because of my low income and credit score. When I went in I explained to the salesman, Ray Wolmers, that I really didn't want to waste his time because I doubted that they could do anything for me, but that if he wouldn't mind taking the time I would like to give it a shot. In spite of that he was extremely patient and respectful. It took a little while, but working with Mr. Wolmers and the owner, they came up with a plan that was better than I was actually expecting! And to be honest I consider it a gift because there was no way it should have happened! I can't tell you how grateful I am for their willingness to go the extra mile (so to speak, lol) and make it happen - - and how happy I was to drive it home the same day!! At the time of this writing I've now been driving the car for about a month and whenever I've had a question, Ray has responded immediately. I couldn't be more satisfied with a sales rep or a dealership.

RUNAWAY.

Purchased a car back in November from Ryan Ragland and have had nothing but issues with the car. EVEN GOT A WARRANTY. Unfortunately that doesnt mean anything to autosource. If you need a car that is going to have non stop problems. Here is the place to go. Even after turning in my car 5-6 times to them. They just returned it and lied saying they fixed the problem. or they clear the codes and hope I won't notice. Yes they finally gave in and fixed my transmission, water pump and Motor mounts. But no joke.... It took alot of heartache and even threat of legal action before they did anything. not only that but they completely drained my gas tank everytime i turned it in, would return it dirty as xxxx and never disclosed that both my key FOBs aren't functional. Rima is a crook. DONT GO HERE.

Since I am looking for an older, "retirement truck" that

Since I am looking for an older, "retirement truck" that I want to turn into a hotrod, I've recieved about a dozen emails with some nicely partial and fully completed Chevy C-10s that are looking good! No more scouring the internet for hours on end looking for a truck as they all come to my inbox! Great idea, and I'm finding more and more shops/dealerships that have completed trucks ready to go! I have a jumbo CD that matures this December, so I will be shopping!
