I just got my suv from Vans Honda and Jim was our salesperson. He was very easy going and answered any questions I had. He made sure that everything was good the whole entire time. I noticed that the wipers were a little squeaky and he took it back and had them change before I left the lot and even signed the paperwork. I highly recommend vans Honda and working with Jim Young.

Polite, but deceptive
Went out there to look at a 2014 Prius 5 they had advertised for $13,995. It turned out to be a prius 4, not 5. The price on the window was $1,000 higher than stated in the add (and outside the range given by Kelly Blue Book). They tried to undervalue my trade in by claiming there were major problems , which were not true, I had it checked out the day before. I told them I had looked up the KBB value and made an offer a little below middle of the range. The salesman tried to tell me I was wrong about KBB and made a counter offer that I did not consider even reasonable. I said no and walked away. If you are going to try and deceive me every step of the way, then i don't want to do business with you.

Very disappointed. The last two vehicles I purchased I wanted an CRV. No one even came out after half an hour both times. So last year I went to Gustman and bought a CRV. Three years ago a Kia Sportage. Now my daughter wanted HRV. No service at vans so she bought one at Gustman yesterday.
Amazing Customer Service
We just picked up our 3rd Honda today and I continue to be impressed and amazed by the professionalism and genuine customer service that we received. They continue to retain their staff from service to sales and everyone we've ever encountered is on task and approachable. Their customer service model is something to behold and a great example for other businesses to follow and take note of. And oh by the way, they got some pretty nice cars too. Drove my can thru a construction site on 41 to get to Vans. They were cutting concrete with a diamond bit saw which us cooled with water. This made a mist that I drove through. I turned on my washer and wipers and removed the dirt. Arrived at Vans and had my our changed. On the way back home I drove through the same site and again had to clean my windshield. WHAT? No juice... Had to bring it back in to get th hose put back on .Hoses do not come off by themselves and the cost was xxxx high.
Jeff was very helpful and kept us updated on the progress of the paperwork involved. It is a shame that from walk in to walk out the time involved was 4.5 hours. The paperwork involved is overwhelming and should be computerized and handled on an iPad or tablet. Dealership is clean and all salespersons were helpful.
