Write a reviewIf you are looking for a stress-free, seamless car-buying experience, look no further than Van's Honda in Green Bay! We recently purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot and the entire process from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, Clark was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of our initial questions with patience and clarity. When it came to the actual purchase, our salesperson, Tony, was an absolute rockstar. He guided us through the entire process, ensuring we felt comfortable, informed, and valued every step of the way. Tony truly went above and beyond to make the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. There was zero pressure, just honest, friendly, and professional service. We absolutely love our new Pilot and highly recommend Van's Honda. If you want a dealership that treats you right, this is the place to go!

I'm incredibly disappointed that the service team did not back their work. I bought a car from another dealership and shortly after there were issues that the dealer could not fix so they advised me to bring it to a Honda dealer. I had to have it towed to Van's and they initially refused to work with the warranty company, until the dealership I bought the car from pleaded with them to do so. They finally worked with the warranty company and we were able to have a very expensive fix fall under the extended warranty. This was back in December 2025 when it was cold out. Prior to the head gasket going on a whim, there were no problems with the vehicle. Well this week we brought it back to the dealership we bought the car from since our AC wasn't working. The dealership advised upon discover that either the AC compressor was not reattached and all the fluid drained (which we probably would have noticed) or it was never recharged by the Van's service during the warranty repair for the head gasket. The dealership tried working with Van's as well as the warranty company to see if the costs for repair should fall on Van's. Van's service then stated that they do not ever touch the AC components/compressor when they repair the head gasket. However, the dealership that fixed this issue stated that was a complete lie. Here we are caught again in the middle with a service team that is unwilling to take accountability. The original dealership ended up giving us a discount for all the trouble, but I still had to pay $311 for something that was not my fault. Van's actually asked the dealer that how do they know I didn't disconnect it or how do they know that the dealer wasn't just trying to get more money. Really???? A) Why would I disconnect it? I don't want to shell out additional money. Truthfully, I have no idea where that stuff is even located. B) For what reason would the dealership do that? Extremely disappointed for the lack of ownership and professionalism taken by Van's Honda and now here we are stuck paying for their mistake. Additionally, when they did the warranty repair, additional work was done, but was never reported on the maintenance record. This was work that I paid for in addition to the warranty repair. Now I'm wondering if the additional work (routine maintenance) was even completed. Who can I trust? I don't think I can trust Van's again after this experience.

Purchased a truck from Van's Honda on 8 Nov 24 working with salesman Jim Young and business manager Matt Lorbecki. Experience was great, buying process went very smooth which was a breath of fresh air. Would recommend buying a vehicle here.

First of all, I have no issue with the salesman/person. And yes I know this is their job. This is the 5th auto we have purchased from Van's. And the most disappointing experience. Dealers make multiple cash streams from sales and should have no problems with me having my own financing, and yet the feeling was there that this was a issue. Then the trade in was a lowball for a very well maintained auto. We wanted more but it was explained that for all the reasons that all cars have, they weren't going to and they did not have to since the market is the way it is at this time. the paperwork also found a way to not include the trade in on the first go around. This is almost inexcusable. Then we discussed extended warranty and I told them that i was thinking about it and would pay for it myself if I decided to get it, it was not being financed. And yet there was still phone calls and more conversation about a closed topic. This is past being polite and nice. If we had not decided we wanted this particular car we would have walked. We will not be going back at any time in the future.

Joe VanEss did a great job getting me into a new car. He communicates well and did not feel high pressured at all. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and where I could learn more about my car as there was a lot of information to learn . Thank you Joe!

Salesman Joe and Business Manager Randy were excellent. Understanding it’s impossible to request a hold of a new vehicle, we travelled the 3 hours there hoping a Ridgeline was available still. Accommodating our tight schedule and understanding the travel, these two gentlemen along with desk staff and service staff made the purchase a pleasure. Thanks everyone that helped us out during the busy holiday weekend!

Vans Honda never lets us down. Traded my Jeep, which I loved, for a ‘22 CRV. I have had it for a month now and I love it!! So much more space, not to mention the bells and whistles that are “standard”! We are about to take it on the road to Texas. Can’t wait to take off. Thanks Kevin, for the great service and the awesome ride!! Deb H.

Jim was great to work with on the purchase of a vehicle. He had great communication, friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us. We had a terrible experience at another dealership and were so relieved when we contacted Van's and started working with Jim. Randy also had our best interest in mind and put together a great deal for us.
