As usual, the service at Fort Mill Hyundai was very good. Juan is always helpful, gracious, and professional. I would not take my Santa Fe anywhere else to be serviced.

Wow!… just can’t believe how bad service is here at Hyundai of Fort Mill. Even with “appointments” it’s a 2-3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. When that was completed they left the undercarriage disconnected. I found out while riding down I-77 and it folded underneath the vehicle. They apparently replaced with a new undercarriage and said “I’m sorry”. Now I’m back the next week for a recall issue that they were fully aware of ahead of time. Appointment was at 12:00 o’clock . It’s past 2 now and I’m still waiting. Just poor service and poor communication. People just seem to not care . I would stay clear of this place.Its just very poorly operated! Rhett Corley

They are Professional, Superbly hospitable, and have really friendly staff! I'd come in for the 34-point inspection. It's always my pleasure to work with the service team when I've gone there.
