Searching for used late model Toyota Corolla for my Grandaughter. I found one nearby at Loganville Ford. Exactly what I wanted. Price was very competitive. They also updated battery, tires and brake pads. Sales staff were attentive to my needs. No high pressure. We were able to negotiate a very good price. Great dealership to work with. Did not buy the truck at Loganville Ford but as they were in the area where I live so I brought it in for 5k check and oil change. Was very happy to get with Matt as a service advisor even though it wasn't a major visit the positive attitude was evident. Later I talked to him about getting my bed sprayed/sealed and he brought the tech out to tell me how he does and the results I would see. Excellent job. At about 10k I brought my truck in and had a unique issue which was researched by Matt, he got with the appropriate people to resolve the problem and got it done. The dealership told me the timeline to get what was needed, offered a loaner vehicle if I needed and got my truck back to me.

Loganville Ford was very receptive to our visit. They had the vehicle we were interested in waiting for us upon arrival. We knew right away this was the vehicle for us. After a quick test drive we immediately negotiated a price and closed the deal. We do not buy vehicles often, but when we do, we go to Loganville Ford. Thank you to Mr. Swope and the rest of the staff for assisting us and making us feel comfortable with this purchase. The only downside was the high financing interest rate received. Staff is friendly and efficient. Technicians explain any issues they come up against. Been going here since I moved to Monroe about 5 years ago! I will continue to make use of their services!

It was very easy to make an appointment and everyone we dealt with during our visit were very friendly and helpful.

Have been in twice, first to get my bedliner sprayed and the second to get a 5K check and a quick recall fix. Both time the service team was on point, professional and communicative. All items done well and at a very good price( the bed liner tech and service advisor came out to see if everything was to my expectation. Great team and service
