Customer service and hiding a car issue
Bought a 2015 Yellow Mustang on 30 March 2018. Beautiful car and immediate response to get the deal done. 6 April and we have a car issue that is something they knew about but failed to disclose. How do I know this? The salesman diagnosed the issue over the phone, so to my eyes you already knew about the issue but failed to disclose. Now, I can get zero response from the dealership and they want us to pay for the repair.

Horrible customer service after purchase
Dealer failed to disclose an issue with the car and 6 days after purchase they are now failing to return calls. Very frustrated with how slow they are to return messages now as opposed to when we bought. Would not recommend them at all

Fast at Fastlane
First time using the (fairly) new facility for regular service, my visit was great. I was in and out in a very timely fashion. The staff I encountered was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back there for future services.

Failures #1. Not notified My 2013 ford explorer was under a safety recall. possible carbon monoxide leaks into rear seating area. Grandkids area. Found out by asking 03/27/2018. Had asked about recalls over pass 4 yrs. told.” None”. They said they were notified 10/2017. Failure # 2. Did not rotate tires during oil change and tire rotation. This occurred a couple of yrs ago and they have rotated since every 5000 mi. Without failure comped me a oilchange Failure # 3. Have 2 motorcraft batteries bad in 5 yrs these batteries advertise as 3 yr full replacement 100 months prorated by ford. Loganville ford failed to honor that battery sticker. Saying waranty was for 36000 mi. Car waranty not prorated as battery indicates. Then quoted a new and remanufactured engines,transmission and components waranty and policy manual. As to why the battery claim of prorated for 100 months is null and void after 39 months of usage ( look up motorcraft bxt 65 650.). After 5 yrs of doing bussiness with loganville ford they offered me the 3rd battery in 63 months for 108.00 as compensation and in liew of honoring the motorcraft battery Waranty. This i believe is a ford motorcraft waranty acknowledgement problem. I did not get any help through loganville ford service dept with this problem. Failure to send out Safety recalls or notify customers of such is inexcusable. There is a reason that 3 row seating is purchased. For family’s it is children.

Excellent Experience!!
Picked up a vehicle last weekend from Loganville Ford and I must say it was a pleasure working with them. Skip and his team were professional the entire way through the buying process and explained in detail about what they could or couldn?t do with a deal. Complete transparency. I?d highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a new or used car. Not a ford guy but I picked up a nice 2017 Dodge Challenger RT that makes my lead foot very happy...Lol! Good job guys!
