Great purchase experience! HUGE online inventory! Plus Carmax is the actual dealer, no third party; so everything is transparent. My dream car (hard-to-find FIAT 500 classic) was 1000 miles away at another Carmax location, but I spoke with a Real, Living Person who reserved it for me and arranged shipping, at a reasonable cost. Vehicle arrived on time (with tracking info en-route) and in pristine condition. The actual purchase went smoothly, highly automated paperwork, about an hour including test drive. Showroom (Boynton Beach) and delivery bay were immaculate. Yes, the price was full, plus $$$ dealer fee. But I got to select the exact car that I wanted and test drive it before full commitment. Highly recommend!!

Requested info on specific car 5 times. No response back. Called directly and gave the stock # and was told not in stock but it was still on website

Sold my car there at the end of Florida season and looked around on their lot for a newer car to purchase next October when I will be back. Good appraisal compared with other dealers in the area. Selling process pleasant and quick. First price was a low ball thing and I rejected it - after 20 mins the dealership called back and they said they have a better offer which I accepted. They have lots of interesting cars for everybody but they are priced on the high side. You have to know what you want and really read and understand the CARFAX report. Have not tried bargaining because I was not ready to buy. Will come back there.

Car was way over priced and the Manager tried to sell me a car with bald tires and with an accident on Car Fax, but tried to show some other companies report. Car Fax showed an accident.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
