I bought 2013 Acura ILX.

I purchased 2013 Acura ILX from them. My dealer, Harve Richardson had been amazing. The entire purchase process and financing had been great. I had battery issues, and they changed a brand new battery, during my one month warranty, for free

No respect.

I placed an order. Secured financing. Called a couple hours ahead to confirm they still had the car, and when I arrived they told me they did not have the car. They wasted 5 hours of my time (and a friend who drove me to the dealership) to tell me that they had no control over orders or inventory. The only thing they offered in return was an apology and a promise to waive their own arbitrary transport fee if I found a similar car. Then immediately told me they had nothing similar. The local operation seems to be disconnected from the actual company. You may get lucky or you may get burned, but don't trust anything that any of their representatives say on the phone.

Sold a trash car with Major issues

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Traverse from this location on August 28, 2018. It has been in the shop three times it shut off on me twice in the street and it had a major oil leak causing Carmax to rebuild half the engine and replace alternator twice. They refused me a different vehicle tried to give me an appraisal for a trade which would be far less than the purchased amount. I’ve sought letigation.

Disappointed!

I visited this dealership in Stockbridge to look at an automobile I had seen online. I was told the car was not on their lot, but they would not offer any other explanation, such as recently sold, holding for another customer, etc. Instead, an offer was made to show me another car, which I was not interested in. After leaving I telephoned the dealership to again inquire about the car and was told their records show it to still be on the lot. I'm not certain why the sales person was not interested in showing the vehicle, or if it was there. This made me feel like I was caught up in a car dealership game of some sort.

Stolen vehicle

I recently purchase a vehicle from here and left my old vehicle. I told the sales rep I would be back to get it. When I arrived back my vehicle was missing. I was told to call and report it stolen. My vehicle was found 2days later on the side of the road with NO HOOD OR ENGINE. THIS IS DEFINITELY AN INSIDE JOB AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE

Service Dept TERRIBLE

Had appt. my tech not there. Waited 20 min& left bc tech still not back from lunch. Went to ask keys bc wanted to leave as I had an appt & tech assigned to me was gone to lunch & my svc writer had gone to lunch. No apologies. No remedy offered like assigning to different tech. Left & made appt at Norcross location.

Make sure the car has been serviced

Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

So far not good

Purchased a Ford Taurus and within the first day noticed a number of issues with it. From the service manager down to the service rep I've had to stay on them about fixing my car even returning my call. My sales person Mrs. Racheal was the best but the service center needs to be retrained. Not only are my issues not fixed but today two lights came on after retrieving it from there care. I'm very patient but for me to right a review means I'm almost out of it. Get it together Carmax of Southlake your ratings are terrible.
