Tim was awesome, and the experience was fantastic.

Tim was awesome, and the experience was fantastic. I want really sure what I was looking for, but I saw a Jeep that caught my eye. It turned out to be almost perfect, but I wanted a different color. They brought it in from Wisconsin, and it was the choice. The financing took no time at all. On the day of pickup, I was in and out in an hour. That's a lot faster than the previous two cars that I've purchased from CarMax a few years ago, and I paid cash for those. They've really streamlined it. If I had one complaint, it's that they pushed me having the purchase in place without me ever having driven the car. I understand wanting to make it as fast as possible, but I'll never buy anything I haven't test driven. CarMax is always a low pressure environment. The phone calls and texts to try and seal the deal are not following that. That needs improvement. That said, I am a customer for life.

My wife’s car unexpectedly needed to be replaced and we went straight to Carmax, Demond Taylor was helping all throughout the process and helped us make an informed decision while being professional and kind the whole way through. Can’t recommend Demond Taylor and Carmax enough!
