Bart was great to work with. He made buying my first car a smooth process due to his patience and thoroughness. You can ask as many questions as you’d like and he’s always happy to help! He was also willing to stay a little later (past close) one of the days to continue helping with my car paperwork and all that stuff. Briona in the business office was super helpful too. She was also really nice which made the experience of buying a car even better.

The were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They had the car I had been looking for, a Lexus 2018, white with a cd player. Its such a smooth ride, like driving on air.

We requested a car to be brought to the Naperville location. The car had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. This car should have been properly cleaned or at least discounted for the nasty smell. The car also had an oil light on which should have been taken care of when it arrived at the Naperville location. The " inspection " seems to be false advertising. My son purchased the car anyway with the promise to replace the car's air filter, clean the interior and reset the oil. Bringing the car back for these services has been extremely inconvenient. My son has wasted 3 trips, lost 2 days of work and these 3 items have not been completed a month later.

I chose CarMax because I didn't want to "haggle" about the price of the car. I was pleased with the cars available and very pleased with getting in and out of there with a "new" to me car that I love. Great customer service. Thanks for making purchasing a car a pleasant experience.
