This car buying experience was much like the prior 9 cars my family has purchased at CarMax. Though I did peruse a couple other car dealers, there was really no reason not to return to CarMax once again. One can see everything needed online shopping. The price is known before I arrive - even my trade-in value. The only decision time needed at the dealer was a final test drive of the 2 cars I had shipped in from out of state. After the drive, the paperwork went very smoothly with competitive financing. We will keep returning to CarMax as our dealer choice!
