Process was easy and quick. Sales rep was very kind and helpful. Im still waiting to be contacted regarding the tire sensor. Interior of the car was not fully detailed and there was a grease residue that was not cleaned by the interior light that I was told would be before I left with the vehicle

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, considerate, quick, honest, clear, kind, open, patient. This is not my first time choosing Carmax and it will not be my last. I've listed every word I could think of when it comes to my carmax experience.

Conversations with my sales consultant were not at the scheduled times while planning the purchase and also post purchase I can’t get in contact with him. I’ve tried to reach out to have servicing done and he has not answered me and I cannot make an appointment online. I always get connected to the same voicemail that tells me to leave a voicemail but then doesn’t let me because the voicemail box is full. Not a good experience

I love my car! I loved the fact that I could order online as well as home delivery! I could take my time and look!

It was clean the workers were very professional ,the bathrooms were clean ,and they were very quick getting me in a car I'm very satisfied

Love the car…..the salesman was not what I expect for spending 22k. I was there three hours and ended up waiting alone for 1 1/2 hours. Not confident with salesman. Will not be going back!

This was my first time using Carmax and I had a really great experience. The staff were all friendly, there was no pressure or hassling or negotiating, and they made all the paperwork nice and easy. I also really appreciated that it's a one-stop-shop too, being able to drive away that same afternoon with registration and license plates and everything.

This was my second purchase from Carmax. Great service, especially from Matt in Oak Lawn and Gayne in Schaumberg. Both tried their best to answer all of my questions and find the vehicle that I was looking for and both followed up with me to make sure I was happy with their service. I also love the ease of getting a vehicle moved from another location to the one closest to me.
