I have sold a car and bought a car here and the staff on both sides have always been very polite and helpful, and answered all my questions. Our sales rep, Lesley, was great. She was diligent in helping me find a car that I liked without being pushy. Service staff are also very polite.

Great experience. Gloria Coleman was our sales rep. She was wonderful. The best car buying experience. The only thing I could critique was the shipping transfer. It took a couple of weeks which I understand, but then the title paperwork was missing or delayed. All in all its a small annoyance. We love the vehicle
