I used Napleton Honda as part of a car buying program

I used Napleton Honda as part of a car buying program online. The dealership was very responsive and provided info on the CRV I was looking for. Eric was my salesman. He took his time showing me models, doing a test drive and outlined pricing and options. Overall it was a very easy process. Would recommend buying from him again.

My overall experience was excellent.

My overall experience was excellent. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Eric McGee, Sales Consultant. He provided me with the opportunity to take my time to view the vehicles in the showroom, as well as to test drive the vehicles that interested me and my family. Throughout the process, he was informative and answered all my questions which provided me much needed clarity. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. In fact, I was at the dealership for over five hours without feeling pressured. This experience allowed me to make the best selection with a payment that was comfortable for me to make over the course of the contract. Eric informed me that he had been in the auto sales business for well over a decade and his years of experience were demonstrated throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, patient and informative. His connectivity with me and my family insured me that I was making the right decision in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I look forward to referring additional family members to Eric.

I have owned a Honda since 2009.

I have owned a Honda since 2009. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, I called Gerald Griffin. By phone, we had a preliminary deal for the car and price. When I walked in the door, I changed my mind about the vehicle 4 times. Mr. Griffin was extremely flexible and patient. For me, the decision to commit to purchase such an expensive item makes me anxious. Mr. Griffin did his best to help me feel comfortable and his efforts are appreciated. Did I get the vehicle that originally wanted? No, I reevaluated and chose the best for my personality and life style. Did I get the price I wanted? Yes, but the add ons pushed at the seams of my budget. I hoped to get in and out, but changing my mind resulted in spending hours at the dealership. I got the financing that I wanted. At this time, I have no regrets.
