3 trips for a recall. They called me saying parts were in. Dropped truck off , then called and said we didn’t have the parts . Really bad scheduling or maybe someone more important came in and needed my parts. I would never go there. I may end up getting rid of my fords all together due to lack of decent dealership for them in the area .
